Medium: Watercolor (and a touch of color pencil for highlights and fixes) on 6" x 9" paper
I thought I was done with fanart for the year, but after finishing the rewatch for The Rose of Versailles I wanted to try my hand at the heroine of the show, Oscar Francois de Jarjayes and it came away... surprisingly OK. She's a fantastic character, definitely the highlight of the anime.
Also her blue uniform suits her the best and I will accept no dissenting opinions.

I want this as a book cover, or even better, as the cover underneath the dust jacket!!

Hah, thanks, I don't think it's anywhere near that quality, I'm just here learning and having fun with different characters... I'm sure there's services out there that'd print out files into book jackets and such, I've used something similar to create a custom phone case for myself.
