I think my top recommendation (on the gyaru side) would probably be See You Tomorrow at the Food Court. That show was my top pick for the Summer season (it's also probably because of some slice of life bias since that's my favorite genre). Yamamoto was a fun character to watch. She's very laid back and she bounces off of Wada very well, and the conversations both of them have are just funny, probably one of the few times I've laughed at a show pretty hard.
Although I genuinely think it's CRIMINAL that a show THIS good only lasts 6 episodes...That frustrated me, but the show makes up for it.

It's because the manga doesn't have many chapters. There's like 25 chapters and the mangaka is slow to release chapters. The last chapter was 9 months ago.

For anime, Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable. Also features two, well technically three, gyaru.
2.5 Dimensional Seduction is great, but it's worth mentioning that the gyaru shows up fairly late in the anime and isn't the primary focus after her arc. The manga is one of my favorites though, and she still gets a lot of time to shine (although her and Nonoa, possibly the best characters, kind of get tossed in the background eventually).
That's the only two I can think of outside of My Dress-Up Darling, but manga also has a yuri series, Gal x Gal Yuri.

A little bit but I think this manga more than other sort of "wish fulfillment" series actually is really positive and uplifting with how being true to yourself and opening up to people you can be close to is liberating and fulfilling. It's almost diabetes sweet at times with how the group interact with each other and seem to just really enjoy each other's company, whether romance is involved or not.
