Even if you're European I recommend going with the usual international-targeted Japanese stores. Things like customs, etc. have become relatively frictionless nowadays with shipping companies handling it for you and going for European shops is usually more expensive and takes far longer for newly released figures to ship since they have to wait for their stock to arrive from Japan too.
As for the usual sites - the biggest are Amiami, Solaris Japan and HobbySearch.
