Anime similar to Vampire Knights or Diabolik Lovers.
I'm just starting out in the world of anime, I've literally only watched Diabolik Lovers and Vampire Knight. I saw a few episodes of Naruto, but the style didn't captivate me.
I REALLY LIKED Vampire Knight.
I also loved the atmosphere/style of Diabolik Lovers, I just thought they exaggerated and didn't develop the protagonist, who was practically a non-existent idiot. I think the anime had potential, but they overdid it.
I want anime with that dark and supernatural vibe, with powers or "special advantages" (like the pureblood vampire from VK), protective characters, obsessed with the protagonist and a protagonist
who is different and has something special, but also with a touch of comedy.
I really liked VK because, even though it was dark and supernatural, the protagonist was funny and there were lighthearted moments of interaction with Zero. There weren't many battle scenes, and when there were, there was always a romantic element (unlike Naruto, you know?).
I really liked that!
