Looking for anime with intense fight scenes

I'm looking for anime with intense fight scenes like in chainsaw man movie, when [chainsaw man]>!Reze was spanking Denji's!< ass in the building after the [chainsaw man]>!Angel and Aki's!< scene, the fight scenes should be well animated. I'll take romance as a subplot.
Thank You!

Hi gud_fellow, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

Many of the fight scenes in JJK, Frieren (it's not an action show, but they want bonkers on the action scenes that are in it) and Solo Leveling for some more recent recommendations.

gud_fellow2025-12-25 21:35

I've already Watched JJK, I'm going to watch Frieren when the season 2 will end it's airing, I've already watched solo leveling, anything else you've got?

Is It Wrong To Pick Up Girls In a Dungeon? (don't let the title fool you, it's good fantasy adventure story and the main action pieces never disappointed me)

Cowboy Bebop, particularly the movie Knocking on Heaven's Door

World Trigger

I've heard Lazarus has great fight scenes, but I haven't watched it yet, it was made by the same guy who did Cowboy Bebop

Symphogear, the animation gets better after the first season and the action scenes just keep ramping up and every season tops the previous in that regard.

My Hero Academia has great season action set piece fights in general

Kaiju No. 8

Oddly enough Moonlit Fantasy, specifically the end of the first season and the second season

I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I can Take my Time Perfecting my Magical Ability, extremely outstanding and over the top action scenes

Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, another show with simply outstanding animation that has no right to have it, it's a slice of life comedy that has several action scenes that are movie quality randomly

BluePhirePB2025-12-25 21:39

Solo Leveling.

I haven't seen Chainsaw Man, so I'm sorry if it's not what you're looking for, but I have to recommend Devilman Crybaby! Brutal fights between Devilman and demons, unique animation, and emotional damage guaranteed...There's a great "romance" as a subplot, but it's definitely not what you expect... The Ovas are amazing too, the fight between Akira and Sirene is magnificent!

Turbulent_Room39422025-12-26 01:09

Jjk and tenchi muyo might like fire force and So what I’m a spider!

Candid_Ad47612025-12-26 05:40

intense fight scenes is mostly a chainsaw man speciality. Fate Zero and Demon Slayer has some of that as well. Akame Ga Kill for fun fight scenes.

# Reincarnated as the 7th Prince!

Some Cool Scenes:

[Training from episode one](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZJydfaPgAc&t=1s)

[Tao versus orcs](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3LlBOG6TuQ)

[Catching a demon](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRRSW0fdW7E)

[Opening of Season Two](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8kaPHVJHoI)

It's about a magic obsessed guy who dies and reincarnates as the 7th Prince, giving him the opportunity to learn lots of magic. It's fun.

Kill la Kill (Over the top action scenes. Every episode has a fight)

One Punch Man Season 1 (Every episode is a sakuga fest)

DanDaDan (Very well animated and frequent fights)

Hajime no Ippo (Boxing anime. So quite grounded action compared to CSM)
