I want a Romance Anime where the main character isn't a bitch.
I recently finished watching season 2 of "A couple of cuckoos" which started off decent which is why I sat through it. However, the main guy character was so irritating to watch with him bitching out of all the relationships, and as soon as there is progress/intimate scene, the show goes backwards with him questioning "if he truely loves her" but then its obvious that he does (which did my head in). Anyway would love a recommendation. Thank you.

"They had sex and lived happily ever after"
"The end"
And I blame everyone who hyped it up so much
Why does that mean it's likely not going to get a third season?
also there is probably 15 shows in the last two years that fit the 'normal humans - no literal children' category so i have no idea what you are attempting to complain about.
check out **Solo Camping for Two**.
The first one is much easier, and I can give you quite a few examples, let me know. But one that checks both things... well, I guess a good option would be Ai Yori Aoshi. It's a harem, but the main couple actually gets together almost at the very start, but they have to keep it a secret for plot reasons, giving other girls room to develop feelings for the MC with various degrees of intensity. The MC is a really nice person, so it actually makes sense why the girls would have feelings for him, but, while he cares for everyone, he never doubts who he actually wants to be with. The main problem is that, while there's definately progress during the anime, the ending we got in the second season wasn't much of an ending.
Anyway, let me know if some doubts are acceptable, as long as the main character still acts in a decent way about it, because I'll have planty of those.
One of the best romance I could recommend. It's also one of the few romance anime where MC actually have group of male friend that all got character developement.
MC appear completely stupid and brainless.

If you're interested in Yuri, I'd definitely recommend this one. Gig worker falls in love with a member of a local band and the whole thing is incredibly cute. I love that all characters are adults (high school romance gets boring) and there is ZERO fan service.
