I'm looking for some good horror anime featuring some kind of creature. I've watched Parasite, blue gender, berserk, and a few others, but looking for something with a similar vibe to the afformentioned.

I haven't seen it myself, but I'm pretty sure The Summer Hikaru Died meets this brief.
Made In Abyss leans more 'body horror' than 'creature horror' but it's also IMO one of the best anime OAT so worth a mention I reckon.

I've watched majority of it but haven't finished it. Really cool anime. I'll have to check out the other.

Shiki, Gantz, and maybe Devilman Crybaby since you like berserk.

Lord of Mysteries also has great use of monsters; it seems very Lovecraft-influenced.
Also I want to mention Mushishi as it is very lowkey but is very much a "mysteries with critters/monsters" anime.
