Looking for an couple Anime in like an Fantasy setting

I'm looking for an anime that has a relationship early on and a strong bond in a fantasy setting where they fight together. I want something like *A Chivalry of a Failed Knight* but with only one couple and less of that harem stuff

Shakugan no Shana develops into this although it takes some time. Fate/Stay Knight UBW also has both leads fight together eventually.

Yona of the Dawn also has both leads fight, but the romance takes time to develop and the anime didn't get to it. Season 2 was finally announced for it at least after a decade of waiting. Also it doesn't have an anime yet but the manga QQ Sweeper/Queens Quality is exactly what you're looking for in terms of a series with a couple fighting together.
