Just Getting into Anime
Ight so essentiall I’m trying to really involve myself in anime but I’m kinda lost right now. I’m on dressrosa arc of one piece and have watched all of Naruto pre shippuden when I was younger, but those are the only large bodies of anime I’ve watched. What anime’s should I watch to really help me dive in??

The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

1) "Dungeon Meshi", the most interesting and well thought out worldbuilding. Western fantasy premise, funny comedy, and solid characterization.
2) "Frieren" has a similar appeal to Dungoen Meshi, but the first 4 episodes can scare of new viewers (emotional prologue, followed by a conventional and hilarious anime).
3) "Medalist" if you are up for crying on the first episode. The characters are funny and have depth.
If you want battle shounen, "World Trigger" had a reboot announced, so I can't recommend watching it yet.
There's lots of great anime out there though, just make sure you don't watch the generic ones (dozens of repetitive Literary-RPGs).
