hi!! my friend loves this anime and he really enjoyed the special. i wanna watch it too, ive watched maybe 3 episodes of season one and i do enjoy it!

my question is, can i watch the tv special with basically no context? and will there be any spoilers? or is it more of a standalone situation?

Automatic-Air-53352026-01-15 21:11

It takes place after the main series so you need to watch the first three seasons and the movie or face massive spoilers

peachyeinna2026-01-15 22:58

i see, this is really helpful. thank you so much

I'm assuming Crunchyroll will pull a "My Awkward Senpai" and reveal it's streaming of the specials at the last minute

I have no idea why they still haven't said anything about it

smart_is_cool10202025-12-28 20:43

Ikr

PublicMeaning3412025-12-30 14:34

Also take this with a grain of salt but since it's coming out like tomorrow and today marks 2 weeks since the Crunchyroll Winter 2026 lineup was revealed said lineup will very likely be updated later today

PublicMeaning3412025-12-30 18:02

Yeah it doesn't seem that the lineup's getting revealed today, so guess they're not streaming these specials.

Weird...

smart_is_cool10202026-01-10 13:21
