Looking for a series that meets a couple of criteria
Hello all,
As the title suggests, I’m looking for anime recommendations based off of a few criteria. I am looking for anime that:
1. Features a group/groups that interact with each other or the world they are in. Think Black Clover and the nine magic knight squads or like Log Horizon and all of the groups figuring out how to navigate a new world.
2. I’m sort of on a fantasy/adventure kick, so I’m looking for an anime that sticks around these themes… I really love the worlds in Seraph of the End, Sword Art Online, and Is It Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon.
3. I really enjoy romance and SOL anime, and extra points if they are featured. However I want an anime that isn’t focused on either. My best example is Code Geass (with that whole arc with the characters at a festival)
I welcome all suggestions, however just as a note… I have seen a majority of the big titles/mainstream anime. Thanks so much!

The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

Wistoria: Wand and Sword (most 2 and 3, but it’s set up to include more factions in season 2 which comes out next year)
Magi
Fate/Stay Night: UBW (2014)
Wistoria - LOVED IT
Magi - really enjoyed it
Fate - I’ve had a hard time getting into the series. I really enjoyed the concept, but the story is a little too hard to follow.
Thanks :)
Wistoria is what brought me back to action Shonen. I’m really pumped for season 2 next year!
Magi is one of my favorite anime. Great world building, cool fights, and the type of character melodrama I’m a sucker for.
The Appraisal Isekai is mostly really comfy. I hope it continues getting adapted since the central conflict is starting to intensify.
I’m all for comfy anime!
Bofuri: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense - chill VRMMO anime about a girl who in her quest to not take damage from any opponent accidentally keeps achieving the most broken builds imaginable. Lot's of meeting, adventuring with and hanging out with other players, forming parties and guilds with friends, etc.
Shangri-La Frontier - VRMMO anime much like above, but with a GitGud-gamer as MC and more focus on adventuring and fighting bosses.
I loved Shangri-la!
I haven’t seen BOFURI, I’ll take a look.
Thanks!
Now, I have no idea of how many episodes you saw, and I usually advocate dropping a show if you're not vibing with it, but Dungeon Meshi is one I've seen a lot of people drop by episode 3-4, give it a second shot, and end up loving. The early episodes are very cooking focused, as the author is using that to establish the ecology of the dungeon setting. As the party ventures deeper there's a lot more adventuring and overcoming challenges than straight up cooking anime. From what I've seen people mention, it's usually around episodes 9-12 that the show really "clicks" for some, especially with the start of the [Dungeon Meshi arc name] >!Red Dragon Arc!< in episode 10.
