Is there any “loser” animes?
I recently finished welcome to nhk and I realized something; I like when the mc hits rock bottom or is a loser in the beginning and gradually improves as time passes.The only other anime I know that follows this is master kuroawa so I was wondering if there’s anymore like there.

I do love that anime with a passion though, I just am not sure if that's what the OP is looking for. I do generally think everyone should give that series a try because it's so. so good (and also recommend the manga which is headed towards a conclusion right now).
Some shows I think hit on the OP's themes:
* Welcome to the NHK
* Bocchi the Rock
* Oblivion Battery
\*Technically\*, End of Evangelion ends with the same message, it just uh, expresses it a little less optimistically.
A Silent Voice
Highschool DxD
Konosuba
Redo of healer
She is not a NEET who spends her day watching anime.
^((NGL, I didn’t finish this show. I dropped it around episode 5 or 6. I don’t rate it very highly....probably on the lower end of Kirara anime. I don’t really get why people hype it so much. Kinda annoying, but I’ll keep that tucked away and locked in my own little jewel box. Even so, I’ll try to be candid and judge Bocchi fairly, with zero grudge or hate. This is my honest take, based on the tiny slice I saw from those five episodes))
Before Bocchi/Hitori meets the other three, she’s clearly struggling. Her extreme low self-esteem makes it easy to speculate that, in her own shoes, she feels like a loser. Even if, from an outside perspective, she objectively isn’t.
Some people don’t need others, but Hitori isn’t like that. She tries to reach out because she craves connection, in a cringy way, feels insecure, and experiences loneliness. Her life isn't just about musical talent. It’s about facing her fears and self-doubt, and experiencing how even a slight shift in perspective, helped by Niji, Kita, Yamada (and the club owner, the red drunk, and others), can change everything.
A silent voice
princess jellyfish
Watamote
He is literally the exact opposite of a loser.
Yuusha ga Shinda underrated ecchi comedy
Nagatoro aka Bullying Works: the anime
Meikyuu Black Company he's still a cool guy at the start but he has to work his way up from rock bottom in a dystopian industrial isekai
Re-life *kinda* fits this.
Another more recent example could be Chiramune, where the protagonist helps another boy achieve this during the first episodes (something like the first arc of the series is dedicated to this).
Toradora isn't exactly loser level but also has an improving MC.
Fate stay night has also a bit of this.
Yuri on Ice.
Chitose in the Ramune bottle
And of course our beloved Watamote
subaru doesnt get his magic abilities until much later and even then its not used for every single problem-solving.
dude has to work hard to gain the trust of others due to the nature of his "power" and without that power and his magic hes basically just an average otaku with an elf-fetish.
2. Overman King Gainer. Shut-in gamer pilots a mecha to guard the train on the great escape from a dystopia
3. Rozen Maiden. Introvert reconnects with the world through living gothic dolls
4. Iruma-Kun. Timid boy discarded by family rises to school leadership…....in hell
5. Let’s Play \~Quest-Darake\~ (american webtoon). Awkward indie game dev girl struggles to balance work, hobbies, and love between 3 guys
6. Shy. Super shy heroine in a revealing hero outfit is forced to fight against the world's darkness and suffering, gradually evolving into the bearer of light she always wanted to be

If you don't mind fishing anime. MC starts out losing everything to crippling gambling debt and a new cancer diagnosis.
Fruits Basket could also fit the prompt, although I hated how nonchalant the main character reacted to her rock-bottom status (and show’s “she’s just repressing it?” Arc in S2 felt super contrived)
Onimai: I’m Now Your Sister (this is a story about a NEET that gets his gender changed by a magic medicine made by his sister and then spends the rest of the story being forced by his sister to come out of his shell, it is a gender bender, which might not be for everyone)
MC is considered “The Weakest Hunter Of Man-Kind” in the beginning
