There's not really anything more official than what you see in the anime (I assume the 2020's remake). The final English manga volume ends with a list of couples formed in the story, but this includes both couples that break up or are only a thing for a short plotline, includes characters that never made it into the 2022 anime, or are more implied than confirmed. Ataru and Lum are of course the big couple of the show, and Inaba was introduced specifically so Shinobu could end up with someone, but most of the others are mostly just left to be assumed. Like Ran and Rei, Ryunosuke and Nagisa, and Mendo and Azuka. Sakura and her fiancé Tsubame I guess you might consider confirmed as well.
