Manga or anime or both

I read one piece manga till wano arc. Now I am confused should I continue manga or watch anime from wano bcz I wanna see the animations or should I do both ?

I have seen one piece anime from the beginning but dropped as I had already read the manga . I watched upto the east blue saga.

Don't try the "both" thing, you'll end up dropping one of them. If you're cool with it, watch the anime, or use One Pace, and catch up to ep 1155, then read the manga upto elbaf

Yep, you can definitely do that. What I was saying was that don't try reading 2-3 chapters and try the anime episode for that. That gets messy and then you lose interest

I’d honestly do both. Keep reading the manga to stay ahead and use the anime for the big Wano moments — the animation, music, and fights really elevate key scenes even if the pacing can be slow sometimes.

Im thinking of watching both . Should I watch anime in 1.5x or normally . Would watching in 1.5x ruin my experience?

I wouldn’t say it ruins it, but I’d avoid 1.5x for the big moments. For slower stretches it’s fine, but for fights, emotional scenes, and music-heavy episodes, normal speed hits way harder. A lot of Wano’s payoff is in the animation and timing.

Wano's animation didn't exactly wow me, but there were more movement and stylization than earlier with some highlights. Egghead has looked far better.

I think you should do whatever you want.

Instead, you can watch how specific fight scenes are animated, go with manga for the rest
