Favorite EDs of the Year

I am a huge opening and ending enjoyer, so I personally don't skip them. Recently went back to listen to the OPs/EDs of every new anime I watched this year. Think someone recently made a post about OPs, so I'm curious what EDs were everyone's favorites this year.

1. [I ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0v0lTbZnvM)(MHA The Final Season) As someone who has followed Deku's journey since S1 the visuals showing off the most emotional moments really got me. This is how you celebrate a series ending, and it makes me wanna rewatch the show.
2. [Kawaii Kaiwai](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75WraMAZ0Lo) (My Dress-Up Darling S2) This ED is just so fun and I love how vibrant the colors are. My favorite part is the bit of Marin changing into a bunch of her cosplays. Would love to see fan versions of this ED with Marin cosplaying as characters from other anime.
3. [Lily](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fNDrLOl_nI) (This Monster Wants to Eat Me) I love Reina's voice for Hinako that is just so nice on the ears while the lyrics connect quite closely to her character
4. [Misoshiru to Butter](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U1jLAbM-_38) (Food for the Soul) A cozy song that captures the chill slice of life vibe of the show. Reminds me of hanging out with mates in college with nothing particular to do.
5. [halca](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dki4Yekz8Gw) (Mono) The part where we get POV shots from the camera as they pass it around is the most unique animation choice I've seen in any ED this year.

There's usually at least one or two EDs (and OPs too) per season which I watch and listen to every single time I watch an episode of the series and don't skip either in whole or in part.

This year my absolute favorite was the Arknights season 3 ED.

Following that, the ones I also thoroughly enjoyed, watched/listened to each time, saved to my anime music-related playlists to be able to watch and/or listen to independently outside of the context of actually watching the series were as follows (in no precise order and I'm listing them under the series as I don't know all the titles):

I mostly go on the songs in OP/EDs, rather than the visual direction, and (coincidentally) I'm actually going through various full versions again to decide on my Songs of the year.

Funny enough the ED is what made me rewatch Food for the Soul, and I ended up liking it more the second time. This is why I believe having good OPs/EDs are important
