this might be a long shot because it's been a while and i don't remember much, but i was wondering if anybody could help me. what i know is it was a movie, i watched it in 2017, there was some form of racing going on and i think there were like two people in a vehicle. one person had to like lay down at the front to control the front of the vehicle and there was someone on the back, too. there was some kind of festival going on in town, i think ? and they were like working on the vehicles ? the vehicles were kind of open i guess, as in there weren't any doors or seatbelts, and i think they had special goggles on maybe ? it was more of a rural town and they'd race in the mountains. kind of like where mitsuha lives in your name. i think there was one race that was on at night, but i'm unsure if it was raining or not. people may have travelled to the town to race but i'm unsure of that, too. i watcjed it on disc, i bought it from a second hand video store with my dad, but i lost it in a move and i can't for the life of me remember what it was. i'm sorry if this isn't more helpful, i racked my brain for every little piece of information i could. if anyone knows it, thank you in advance. this move has been haunting me for years
