Do you have any preference? Like do you only like certain genres or are you open to anything?
Jenks23_offical2025-12-30 22:47
I like short(ish) animes, so something under at least under 70 - 100 episodes
Rinzwind2025-12-30 23:15
why? some of the long ones are amazingly good.
How about Bleach (where you skip the filler arcs). It has some excellent battles in s1 and the arrancar arc was one of the best that year. The season we got last year was extremely good and in 2026 we get a new season.
Solo Leveling an option? Frieren was an 100% hit this year.

Check out One Piece, it's not very well known since it's relatively new, it's short enough to watch in 3 days and it's absolute cinema.
Jenks23_offical2025-12-30 22:49
I know it's over 1000 episodes, also I've never really liked the stuff I've seen about it. Watched the first 3 episodes and skipped lots of episodes and found it very boring
nosejdjjsj2025-12-30 22:50
It's really trash lol, I was just baiting, watch Monster on Netflix
n080dy1232025-12-30 22:48
If you haven't, check out the MHA spinoff, Vigilantes. It's 12 episodes in and another set is starting in the next week or so.
Jenks23_offical2025-12-30 22:50
I've seen it come up on Crunchyroll. Tbh I completely forgot it existed lol
Pretty_Dig10542025-12-30 22:49
How about That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime? It was a lot better than I thought it would be. It’s really good. If you want more fighting then maybe Demon Slayer?
Jenks23_offical2025-12-30 22:51
Read the whole manga so I'm not interested in the anime, seen Mugen train tho

Big_Knee_60502025-12-30 22:56
You should watch Azumanga daioh if you are into comedy and slice of life, otherwise i reccomend Neon genesis evangelion or Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood

Clevatess, solid fantasy anime with good characters and elements in it, no an isekai if that's a turn down for you.

Gundam

To be a hero x is dubbed and with great animation and plot with amazing fights. It will take you a few days to be busy.

MHA is simplistic(in a broder sense), JJK is too modern(ish) (like you'd truly appretiate after watiching tonn of existing slop), not sure of DBS as i never gave it a try (so will refrain from calling it a cartoon)
hmm..I suggest you go for Death note. nothing too great about it, but for someone who haven't watched too many, it's perfect time to watch it (if you watch it later it might not seem that interesting, mostly because many works indirectly/directly inspired by it so you will lose some impact).
Again, It's a masterpiece of it's time. definitely should watch it if you like anime.
Mad-Scientist_7392025-12-30 23:21
Steins Gate. But it's nothing like the ones you have watched, and it's a bit slow at the start.
