Haven't watched it yet, but Zom 100 seems more like a comedy.
Never heard of Kabaneri until now. Seems interesting but it looks like it leans more towards steampunk.

I have to admit Zom 100 is more about the fact that living in an apocalypse is better than your day to day job, but I think it still has some major zombie elements, I recommend trying it out.
And about Kabeneri it is a beautiful fusion between zombies and steampunk. And it also has the major zombie elements.
I'd say if you want to see a traditional apocalypse watch zom 100 and if you want smt a little more serious Kabeneri.

Maybe so, but for a show known for ecchi, there is a pretty competent zombie plot going on. I found it more interesting than the actual fanservice.

But yeah, I also remember that I was impressed by the zombie plot at the time I watched it.

I know high school DXD is known for its sexual reputation, but at the same time the plot and story s the best have ever seen, ts certainly unique with a tad bit of emotion mixed in. i would definitely recommend if you have never watched it

Mushoku tensei and konosuba count as ecchi anime and they are amazing.
Gushing over magical girls is a great parody of magical girl genre
How not to summon a demon lord (only season 1 is good imo) is pretty good and even made me emotional sometimes but only a few people get emotional i guess

Also, 100 girlfriends and girlfriend girlfriend are great ecchi harems (however they don't really have "storylines", they have mostly comedy, romance, character interactions, etc.)

There's a lot of Ecchi out there and they do have story lines though not all of them are great. If you want similar to DxD but more ecchi and less story line, Testament of a new sister Devil. An Ecchi that is all about the power of the female orgasm, Masou Gakuen HxH. just gratuitous ecchi Mother of Goddess Dormatory, Maken Ki, Sekirei.
