Romances With Decent Main Character.
I'm looking for romances or rom com anime with Decent Main Character. When I mean Decent, I obviously don't mean those Loner Dense Degenerate Dumbasses with no self confidence and no Friends, then randomly the most prettiest girl hangs out with him and suddenly it turns into a harem show. Fuck that. And I Also don't want a popular guy and all ladies throw them in front of him.Fuck that too. I want a realistic character who's logical. An Average guy, not too popular and not too introverted.
A few good Examples would be:
Futaro from The Quintessential Quintuplets.
Uryu from Tying the knot with an Amagami sister.
Yamori Ko from Call of The Night (maybe)
Hachiman Hikigaya from Oregairu
Don't Care if Main Character is a Female
Don't Care If it's a Harem Show if Main Character is good
(but I do prefer Monogamous relationship)
Don't Care if it has Fantasy elements or is an Isekai
Everyone is welcome to type anything as long as it follows the Rules I gave and it has a Decent Main character.
Thank You!

Thanks for the recommendation!
Thanks for the recommendation tho! I appreciate it.
Sir, this is anime.
Skip and Loafer is about a booksmart-but-streetdumb girl from a small town who moves to Tokyo for high school. Nice characters in it.
Banished from Hero’s Party has a main couple who are good together
Witch Watch is a romantic comedy that features two popular leads
Thanks for the recommendations!
alya sometimes hides her feelings
shikimoris not just a cutie
Spice and Wolf
Banished from the Heroes' Party
All pretty decent
The one I heavily i suggest is Insomniacs After School. It is not peak or anything but it just leans more on realistic approach of romance that not every romance anime is sunshine and rainbows.
Thanks for the recommendation!
And obviously Love is War if Rom Com is your thing, but I assume you have watched that.
Emma: A Victorian Romance
Thanks for the recommendations!
Thanks for the recommendations tho!
Bloom Into You (would be top 5 romance anime if it got a second season, and is top 10 as is)
Kase san and morning glories (cute ova)
MagiRevo (cool fantasy story with some interesting themes)
I'm in love with the villainess (wacky isekai romcom)
Watanare (imagine a harem anime, except the mc has a personality and indepth character and is genuinely likeable, the girls who like her have been friends with her for months and actually know her instead of throwing themselves at a stranger, and like, it's good)
The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity etc. If you have Recommendations like that. I would very much appreciate it!
Thank you!
At first glance the male MC might feel a bit like the friendless loser self insert type, but it’s actually the other way around; the female MC is the (female) author’s self insert. The character writing is fantastic, and the main pairing suit each other in very believable ways, and grow into their passions together

- Please find another word to describe what the MC is not.

Paradise Kiss by the same author. This one is coming of age so they're all on their way. The main characters are all flawed but theyre not made with the male gaze in mind.
