80s - 90s anime like nightmare on elm Street
I been watching anime since the 80s and I remember my friend showing me me an anime with some sleep demon attacking kids in school if they fell asleep. Not sure if it was a series or movie. I remember a cord was around one kids neck and as it was cut, another kid was aware in the dream seeing the head cut off.
I remember seeing it around 92-93 been hoping to run accross it but never have.
I would appreciate any ideas you guys can think of
Thank you
