Bruh you just described 'Chained Soldier'. It's getting a season 2 this season. I recommend you to catch up to the anime. It is ecchi but it's so good.
It perfectly fits to what you said.

Boarding School Juliet. Watch this one. You will definitely like it
My Happy Marriage is currently my favorite romance anime and perfectly matches this. The first season was too good, and the second season was good too. Other than that,
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners
Dandadan
Darling in the FRANXX
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann
HS DxD
Danmachi
Parasyte: The Maxim, not much romance, but it was a beautiful relationship

It had romance right? Its been a long time since I've seen it, but there was that one white haired girl, and even better than that, its got bromance

Dan Da Dan
DanMachi
Wistoria Wand and Sword (same author as DanMachi, shares a lot of similarities)
Zenshu
Spice and Wolf (less on the action side, more on the "I didn't know medieval economics could be this thrilling" side. But it has some action as well)
Banished from the heroes party I decided to live a quiet life in the countryside
Gosick (I'm currently watching this)
Love Chinibyo and other delusions (not sure if it counts. It has well animated action scenes, but said action isn't real as per the chinibyo and delusions in the title)
