Overall, Fall was my weakest season of the year and among my weakest seasons in general in a long time. Filling out some of my lists for this season was hard.

The lack of art for a lot of shows this season was also disappointing.

DizzyMotion2026-01-02 07:02

Just realizing I used the same Nazuna art as you, sorry [](#kumikolook)

But maybe great minds think alike?

I like the Ha artwork and Kris pick, desu.

TheRiyria2026-01-02 14:10

It's fine. I think Nazuna had maybe 3 pieces of art to pick from. There were very slim pickings, so that just means we both thought this one was best.

[](#kannathumbs)

Ha also didn't have much art. And I was surprised how much fun Kris was. Though if we ever get more, her time in spotlight is probably over.

Very underwhelming season for me. I kept up with about half of what I usually do and dropped a lot.

TheRiyria2026-01-02 00:44

I kept hearing good things about Gnosia, but I never started it. I should have with how weak this season ended up being. And Tatsuki Fujimoto is another I meant to watch.

Loid is cute. That was a good flashback.

Ukyo and Obey Your Master were great girls. And seeing more Iana is lovely.

octopathfinder2026-01-02 01:07

I'm not as big on Gnosia as most other people. It's entertaining, but I feel like I'll start falling behind on it when the winter shows start airing.

Definitely recommend the Fujimoto one shots. They vary in quality, but I wouldn't call any of them bad.

TheRiyria2026-01-02 01:10

Maybe I can find time for Fujimoto before Winter really starts.

I'm still watching the new Watanare stuff, but so far Kaho has been great. That show and Kaho may be on my Winter 2026 3x3s depending on how that season goes.

I also need watch 100 Meters still.

Renako is a good girl also. And Loid a good boy.

I didn't realize there were so many ambiguous characters this season. I don't think I saw any of those four.

Miko x Hinako is a good ship. Should I wish Hinako happiness? The Watanare ship is fun also.

Sentence to be a Hero and Champignon Witch both look interesting. I'm also hoping Kaya-chan is good because I want more horror.

Shimmering-Sky2026-01-02 01:05

Whoops, forgot to have this finished in time for the thread going up. [](#sillyme)

Witch Watch counted for this one and not the finished in Summer 2025 season one because its final episode came out in October. [](#indexsmugshrug)

TheRiyria2026-01-02 01:08

That is good Princession art. And also spoilery. But I'm looking forward to the next course.

[](#mugiwait)

Uma was good this season also. I can't wait to roll Tamamo in a few weeks.

The Princession OP is great. That might make my final list for 2025 OPs next week.

[Fall 2025 Combo - Favorite Anime & Best Girls](https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/ed14f5dee11e.jpg)

As others have stated, this was a weak season overall. I had to be a little loose with what constituted Fall, and I didn't have enough Best Boys or Best Ships to make a full 3x3 in good faith.

TheRiyria2026-01-02 05:14

Last Boss was a fun show and Lufas is a good girl.

I like the Grieving Soul pick also. Those sisters were fun.

DizzyMotion2026-01-02 06:51

Luckily, no shortage of best girls this season.
