Yo looking for a harem anime where they actually have kids or be intimate

So I’ve watched a lot of harem anime and the mc is always to scared to have sex or be intimate with his harem and I think that is just so dumb if your gonna have a harem why would you not have kids with them so if yall know any that there actually intimate with there harem pls list the anime thanks in advance

Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki eventually gets there, but I'll be honest S4 and S5 which have said babies are awful. They're almost entirely made up of characters you barely know or don't know even after watching every bit of content from the series to date talking about boring things. S1-S3 are pretty good though.
