Trying to remember vampire anime I saw in the 90’s

I cannot remember what it’s called, or what the storyline is about. I feel it’s probably really similar to vampire hunter d but the only memory I have is the MC (I think) had long white hair, and a white suit/outfit? And I remember he’s trying to save a woman and decapitates a vampire with a wire? Weirdly feel like it took place in space… but I was also a kid. Definitely wasn’t meant for kids

Cyber City Oedo 808, episode 3, OVA
it's from the early 90s, art style very similar to vampire hunter d.
the MC, is a guy with long white hair and a white suit.
He fights people with a wire, and he does chop people up with this weapon.
The story is, he is trying to save a girl from a vampire, it's futuristic and part of it takes place in space.
It's super violent.

It is this. One of my favorite animes. 3 separate OVAs. This is the 3rd dealing with Benten. 1st was Sen Goku and 2nd is Goggles. At one point 2 jackasses try to cage trap him and he wire whips out. He has a voluptuous head of white hair and looks feminine but is a badass criminal.

All 3 episodes are fantastic and worth watching. I like the JP OP and American Dub personally. UK OP and Dub doesn't hit the same, as I watched it on a premium TV channel in the late 90s early 2000s.

Edit: Ep3 is called Crimson Media.

Hellsing was released around 2001. He had black hair and red suit, but there was another character in the series that decapitated a vampire using wires.
