Naruto shippuden vs one piece vs gintama

I've seen Naruto but not shippuden so I watched first 5 or 10 eps and I honestly found it boring. according to reviews one piece is really good without any fillers too. Also my anime list review is the best for gintama..

Nope the anime's pacing is slower to the manga because it pads the runtime of the scenes, not because the manga's plot doesn't move forward. Even the latest beautifully animated episodes of One Piece have padding so they don't catch up to the manga.

One piece es pacing is really really hard to watch initially espically the alabasta arc so good Luck. And shippuden is peak just look up the fillers and skip them

To like Gintama properly, you gotta watch the popular Shonen atleast. Since it is a parody anime.
Once you do, Gintama tops.

Gintama(majorly parody+decent backstory) >=one piece(very slow paced)>Naruto(too linear)=Bleach(kind of similar to naruto)

NGL, Gintama takes a bit to get started. It can be a drag for the first 25-35 episodes iirc but it is worth it, seeing as how those episodes are used to introduce most of the characters and give you an idea of how they interact.

One piece is more action early on but also the longest.

Naruto has the most fillers, although that's mostly in Shippuden

Ill be honest with u, one piece is my fav anime oat other than attack on titan but i wouldnt reccomend anyone to watch it. The pacing is abysmal. The only reason i could watch it is due to having a good attention span which eventually got destroyed during lockdown lmfao. It has an extremely strong narrative and cast of characters, and absolutely insane world building. Gintama is also amazing absolutely a must watch but to get all the references and enjoy the show to its fullest i feel like u need to watch more shonen. Naruto, while being the weakest of the 3 here in terms of quality is what i would suggest u to watch since uve already finished the OG naruto. Heres a tip, skip the fillers in naruto.

Naruto & one piece has the most toxic fandom in the anime community they often downplay other anime, often glaze some characters in their own anime discussion/debate/post, over glaze character in powerscaling.

As for gintama, fandom looks very chill to me

Those shows do no target the same audience.

As they are pre-teen/teen shonens, Naruto and One Piece should be compared to Bleach, Dragon Ball, etc...

While Gintama belongs to the teen/young adullt comedy, where comedy reliefs are based upon silly jokes and absurd humor, with references to other older animes like Hokuto no Ken, Saint Seiya, Gundam, Evangelion, Assassination Classroom, Death Note... and also to Japanese pop culture.

In the end, it depends on the age of the viewer, and the age when you watched the show. I mean, if you started Naruto when you were 12-14 yo, it might belong to your favorites. Watch it when you're past 25, it might feel a bit "meh", and you might think the shonen you watch as a teenager is way better. And watching Gintama with no knowledge of its references can be fun, but there are many jokes you won't get.

naruto starts nicely but goes towards average anime, and shippuden is mostly the average part.

one piece starts slow, but it is clear from the start that there's a lot of worldbuilding and a planned story incoming. it is goofy though, which feels uncool, especially in the first hundred or so episodes (can't remember the exact numbers). it is still ongoing so no hurry starting it, you'll just get stuck at the current episode if you do. the filler count is very low, but there's a lot of ridiculously prolonged fights, at least in certain parts of it. overall good though.

i haven't been able to get into gintama as i've gotten bored with the early episodes, so can't say more than that.
