TV series **starts airing weekly** on 03.01.2026. Beginning with episode 0 and 1 tomorrow and new content the week after.
Lock3down2212026-01-02 13:17
Wait is it for real this time? This isn't some annual episode like last year?
Mami-kouga2026-01-02 13:22
They announced that it's going to be airing weekly ages ago
Lock3down2212026-01-02 13:26
Okay thanks.
hikoboshi_sama2026-01-02 15:43
And i still won't believe it's true until i have actually seen next week's episode with my own eyes.
Exrotes2026-01-03 03:21
People actually already saw the first few episodes, they were aired in theatres in the US last month.
Ellmagronn2026-01-03 02:39
Seriously? Damn, if I had known it was going to be a recap, I wouldn't have rewatched everything last week.
lop3332026-01-03 03:31
I didnt even notice it will take a week til we get a new episode
JOOOQUUU2026-01-02 13:07
Is he related that el meloii series?
Illuminastrid2026-01-02 13:11
He is *John El Melloi* himself.
Golden-Owl2026-01-02 13:31
The Second
Roliq2026-01-02 19:35
Funnily enough, he actually is really insistent on people not forgetting the "II"
kalirion2026-01-03 03:07
He still feels bad about the First, his asshole teacher, being killed in the Holy Grail War after Waver deprived him of The King of Conquerors.
Adamskispoor2026-01-03 04:44
It's more like 'he was an asshole, but he was completely right about everything, I was an idiot and got him killed, who even though I hate I recognize as a great mage and a teacher'
He straight up said that 'Kayneth is my idea of the ideal mage' in the novel. Or something along those lines.
Mario3573Z2026-01-02 13:11
Yes, he's also Waver he's from Fate/Zero
El_grandepadre2026-01-02 13:12
Yeah, it's still Waver.
za_shiki-warashi2026-01-02 13:15
Same guy. Just that this series takes place in a different timeline.
TheLostCityofBermuda2026-01-02 13:29
Well if he exist as Lord El Melloi ll, it’s same timeline/continuation of Fate/Zer0
flashmozzg2026-01-02 14:11
The way fate franchise works, basically every entry is in its own "timeline". Fate Zero is not in the same timeline as F/SN not in the same timeline as F/HA not in the same timeline as Case Files, etc. But usually you can think of it "possible continuation/prequel/parallel of entry X, with any inconsistencies explained by being in slightly diverged timeline".
lvlasteryoda2026-01-02 14:32
A - "But this thing makes no sense!"
B - "The explanation is Nasuverse."
A - "Ah. That makes sense."
n080dy1232026-01-02 21:06
Yeah even though everything is alt universes you can *functionally* consider Zero (or at least Zero's backstory) as canon to... everything, with a divergent branch for FSN, for Apocrypha, for Prillya, for Grand Order, and for Case Files and Strange Fake (which I think both lightly imply FSN happened too, I know in the El Melloi Adventures novel it's implied Rin met Saber). So at least in the sense of "You can consider this to have happened until stated otherwise."
DrStein10102026-01-02 21:20
Yeah, like, Shirou and Rin exist in every timeline, doing Shirou and Rin things. But the specific events of their lives are at least slightly different in every version, because things don't exactly line up the same.
Stabaobs2026-01-02 22:47
Actually, nothing like Zero could have happened in Apocrypha, Prilya, or FGO.
Going back the furthest, FGO's timeline only had a single Fuyuki Grail War. Instead of constantly fucking up the formula before getting a functional ritual nailed down, they only had the one actually functional Grail War and ironically lost it to Marisbury anyway.
Apocrypha's story divergence happens in the 3rd Fuyuki Grail War, where a significant chunk of the Grail gets stolen unlike Strange Fake where they only stole an insignifciant chunk and the blueprints. What they stole in Apocrypha was enough to permanently shut down the system in Fuyuki, so no 4th Grail War can happen. Zouken actually goes catatonic or something in Apocrypha timelines with the Fuyuki Grail being doomed, and Sakura never goes to the Matou family but somehow gets adopted into the Edelfelt family.
I'm not too sure about Prilya, but at the very least, no 4th Grail War ever happened. I'm not sure if they ever got a Fuyuki Grail War going, but Kiritsugu shuts it down along with eliminating the Einzbern. Illya is also notably born much later in Prilya, and doesn't suffer from stunted growth like the original, either she's modified much less, or her modifications went much better. Either way, Illya's actually 10 years old in Prilya instead of being 18 like in regular Fate.
n080dy1232026-01-02 23:10
AFAIK Prillya basically does the setup but is stopped before it starts. You're right about the age, she's 8 months at the time of F/Z opposed to 8 years, but given her physical aging and the explanation for the personality change, and frankly her portrayal in F/Z striking me as younger than 8 anyway, it really doesn't change much.
Been a while since Apocrypha but iirc it's still implied Waver participated in a Grail War, contracted with Iskandar, and got his title (int eh same manner) regardless. None of that really mattered outside some background worldbuilding fluff, it doesn't affect the plot or characters, and in fact the story goes out of its way to course correct some stuff like Waver *back* to a familiar place. Which is kinda what I mean about "can be considered to have happened until stated otherwise." If you're talking lore, sure, but as a viewer of an anime you don't need to bother worrying about those details until and unless the story directly contradicts them. Waver's still Waver, he still did a War with Iskandar and wound up Lord El Melloi II, whether in FSN, Apocrypha, or SF.
JustARedditAccoumt2026-01-02 15:29
Not exactly, Waver somehow becomes Lord El-Melloi II in basically every timeline, even when it seems impossible.
n080dy1232026-01-02 20:56
Not how it works, becoming Lord El Melloi somehow is just sort of Waver's Canon Event
kalirion2026-01-03 03:09
The Great Wavertractor Field.
Re_claimer_2026-01-02 13:34
Waver grew up and became Lord El Melloi II
za_shiki-warashi2026-01-02 14:51
Waver becoming Lord El Melloi II is treated as a quantum time lock. Even in Prisma verse, there's a cameo of him with Zalretch. u/TheLostCityofBermuda
JustARedditAccoumt2026-01-02 15:28
He even became Lord El-Melloi II in Clock Tower 2015 despite that series taking place in Tsukihime worlds, which means that the Holy Grail Wars shouldn't have taken place, mostly because they physically can't since summoning Servants is supposed to be impossible in Tsukihime worlds.

I did not! There's so many editions to the series now I need to go back and see exactly what I've missed in the last 20 years 🤣🤣
MillenniumKing2026-01-03 03:21
You 100% should watch it, it is what waver has been up to over the past 10 years between Zero and fate stay night. If you like waver's character arc you will def wenjoy it.
Cryten02026-01-02 14:28
remember that Fate Zero is a prequel to Fate/Stay Night and this is an Alternative Universe story a decent amount of years after Fate/Stay Night. (As was El Melloi).
DegeneratesDogma2026-01-02 14:38
I’m actually unfamiliar with Strange Fake. In this alternate universe continuity, what events are the same as the Stay Night entries? Is it just a case that by watching it, you’d find out?
frzned2026-01-02 14:44
Nothing really it is its own story.
You'd get more parallel if you watch el melloi case file but it isnt a requirements
DegeneratesDogma2026-01-02 15:14
So it’s like if the storyline went a different direction after Case Files?
atropicalpenguin2026-01-02 15:21
Strange Fake just borrows plot points from other Fate entries, I wouldn't look at it like a sequel or anything.
JustARedditAccoumt2026-01-02 15:25
Case Files actually takes place a little bit before Fate/stay night (it ends right about the time Fate/stay night starts).
Fate/strange Fake takes place about a year after The Adventures of Lord El-Melloi II (strange Fake is 2009, Adventures is 2008).
JustARedditAccoumt2026-01-02 15:24
>In this alternate universe continuity,
Yes.
>what events are the same as the Stay Night entries?
Almost all of them.
>Is it just a case that by watching it, you’d find out?
We'll have to see how the anime does it, but yes and no (you'd have to be pretty familiar with some more obscure Type-Moon series to figure out which timeline this takes place in).
However, the events that are different (which isn't a lot) in Fate/strange Fake's versions of Fate/stay night and Fate/Zero are down to you later down the line.
Stabaobs2026-01-02 15:27
>what events are the same as the Stay Night entries
Some kind of Fuyuki 5th Grail War happened. That's about it, nothing more concrete than that IIRC.
ali941272026-01-02 14:40
El-Melloi takes place in 2004, a little before the events of Fate/stay night. [LN spoilers]>!It concludes around when Shirou summons Saber.!< Strange Fake takes place in 2009. Technically, all Fate works “take place in an alternate universe” from each other. Even Zero. This is mostly to avoid continuity errors and give creative freedom. But Zero, Stay Night, El-Melloi, and Strange Fake are treated as being basically all canon to each other.
JustARedditAccoumt2026-01-02 15:20
>and Strange Fake are treated as being basically all canon to each other.
Actually, Fate/strange Fake is not treated like that. It's mostly it's own thing (even though it takes place in a timeline where an alternate version of Fate/stay night, Fate/Zero, and The Lord El-Melloi II Case Files took place).
ArtTheWarrior2026-01-02 16:14
I think that was kinda their point, as strange/fake "can't be" cannon to the others either way as it's years after all of them
n080dy1232026-01-02 20:45
It's not strictly canon but it certainly seems like SF is like 99% canon to Zero and Case Files
DrStein10102026-01-02 21:15
It's kind of a wonky canon where it treats everything as happening in some manner, even including Tsukihime.
ali941272026-01-02 22:32
Technically, the problem was that it was written before Nasu decreed that Fate and Tsukihime properties were separated into two types of worlds.
Adaphion2026-01-02 17:48
The annoying thing with it is that Stay Night has 3 routes and to not upset pissbabies by "making one ending canon", they make it ambiguous instead.
Whereas instead they should have just made different routes canon to different series'
Say, Strange Fake is canon to Unlimited Blade Works. But another series would be in the Fate timeline. And another would be in the Heavens Feel timeline.
Warm-Enthusiasm-95342026-01-02 18:15
Huh, I always assumed that Heaven's Feel was the canon ending, since I thought it was the last one you play in the game. (I've never played it, though.)
n080dy1232026-01-02 20:46
Nah, cuz then the sequel, Hollow Ataraxia, does some weird bullshit that says "All of them are canon and none fo them are canon." Don't ask me how that works, I've never played it.
SomeOtherTroper2026-01-02 21:37
> I always assumed that Heaven's Feel was the canon ending, since I thought it was the last one you play in the game
That's not an unreasonable assumption, since a bunch of other VNs and multiple ending games do have the last route unlocked as the "True Ending", and some even take the approach of "you can do the other endings in any order, but you have to have done them all on your save file before you're allowed to make the choices for the True Ending".
Fate/Stay Night isn't like that.
You have to play the Fate, Unlimited Blade Works, and then Heaven's Feel routes *in that specific unlock sequence*, because they're used to give the player information in a certain order, not because HF is the True Ending. This is both for dramatic reasons (some twists in the later routes hit significantly harder because you're used to seeing certain characters act in certain ways in prior routes, so revealing other sides to them is a lot more of a shock than it would be with only the route where they're revealed), and the merciful practical reason that it means the game doesn't have to re-explain some things because it knows the player already got that information from a prior route. I say merciful because the game already has a massive amount of text, so not repeating itself more than necessary is a blessing. It also creates some interesting narrative depth in some cases: for instance, Saber's identity is only revealed in Fate route, IIRC, but knowing that identity explains why Saber takes some of the actions she does in later routes which might seem ...a bit odd without knowing what her deal is.
The game is also cheeky enough to first imply that the three routes presented aren't even the only three ways the Fifth Holy Grail War could have gone [Unlimited Blade Works major spoiler]>!because one character is actually from the future, and their experience of the Holy Grail War in their timeline doesn't exactly match up with any of the three ingame routes!< and then outright state that there are infinite universes/timelines [Heaven's Feel minor spoiler]>!by having a character create a weapon that explicitly operates by drawing in not only the local mana where they are in their own universe, but the local mana from *that same location and point in time from a ton of alternate universes* - not much power from any one universe, but added up together... it's possibly one of the most powerful weapons in the story, which is saying a lot, considering how nuts Fate/Stay Night's powerlevels are!<.
LordMonday2026-01-03 15:18
pissbabies? it was never about the fans. it was about letting the authors work without too many lore constraints or having to worry about matching another series.
it primarily started with Zero, when that was written it contradicted ever single route in Stay night a little bit, so Nasu said it was an alternate timeline and that while Zero would lead to events similar to ST and ST had similar events to Zero, they were not directly on the same timeline.
and plus, with the whole throne of heroes outside of time and Alaya pruning timelines thing, its worked in the series favor
emeraldwolf342026-01-02 19:01
I will correct one thing, but SF actually takes place in August of 2008. The 2009 thing comes from taking a “around 5 years later line” too literally when it was 4.
Which, we know this because of lines about the upcoming presidential election and we know August because of hurricane naming patterns from 2008.
turkeygiant2026-01-02 19:25
Yeah one of the plot points of El-Melloi is him thinking about joining the fate/stay night grail war knowing a new one is starting.
n080dy1232026-01-02 20:48
Fate/Zero was a prequel to FSN by many years, this is just what Waver looks like in the time of FSN. He just doesn't appear in it. Same way Rin and Sakura are tiny children in Zero but high schoolers in FSN.
Strange Fake is alt universe, might almost every Fate anime is, but it doesn't take place in roughly the same timeframe as FSN.
Roostalol2026-01-02 13:29
Can I jump right into this after Fate/Zero or do I need to watch the El Malloi stuff first? Didn’t even realize there was overlap with the fates I’ve seen (Zero/HF/UBW)
Pretend-Tangerine-222026-01-02 13:36
You don't need to, but El-Melloi Series and also Grand Order Babylonia are helpful to understand some of the characters better.
KuKiSin2026-01-02 15:18
I've watched Fate Zero, UBW, and Heaven's Feel, how do Strange/Fake and Grand Order fit into things?
BasroilII2026-01-02 15:27
They don't, other than sharing characters. FGO is very much its own thing plotwise. But they feature the alternate universe versions of some of the same people.
Yellow90Flash2026-01-02 16:26
tbf, only 3 of the servantsg (one of which was a fsf collab) are in fgo and none of them have any memories of the events of fgo
YoloJoloHobo2026-01-02 17:27
True but it could be helpful for understanding Gilgamesh a bit more if you're unfamiliar with the Epic since strange Fake uses some of his Babylonian history which isn't really touched on in the main series. Plus iirc a certain other Babylonian individual from FGO Babylonia shows up later as well
Yellow90Flash2026-01-02 17:34
its a bit of his history yeah but in fgo the one you meet is caster gil who is a lot older and mature while fsf has archer gil, regarding that other person they are basically nothing alike because in fgo she was influenced by the host she inhabitet (not to mention a total of 6 people from the epic of gilgamesh show up in fsf, only 3 of them appeared in the fgo main story)
Terithian2026-01-03 05:58
Strange Fake takes place in its own world that has some differences from the main world of Fate/Zero and Fate/Stay Night, but it's one where the events of both of those still happened. However, they leave the details of Fate/Stay Night vague so they don't have to definitively choose which of its three routes (Fate, UBW, or Heaven's Feel) is canon for this story. Grand Order is unrelated, apart from sharing some alternate versions of characters that might give a little more context.
Waddlewop2026-01-02 13:41
This is kinda like the Avengers of Type Moon media or later Go Nagai stuff if you’re more familiar with those, but it’s still a spin-off. Essentially it doesn’t directly tie into any pre-existing Type Moon stuff (maybe closer to Case Files than other stuff), however it references practically the entire catalogue.
Narita is a good enough writer that you could still follow along with the story going in without any pre-existing knowledge of the franchise, but you’ll get more enjoyment out of it the more familiar you are with Type Moon stuff.
Ashteron2026-01-02 13:43
I'm up to date with the source material without watching El Melloi past the first couple episodes.
Aftertone-2026-01-02 14:13
Since you already finished Fate Stay night and zero you can go anywhere you want. You have the foundation of how fate works. That being said, obviously El Melloi Case Files focuses him more and Grand Order Babylonia has thing that are directly referenced in Strange Fake but it's not the end of the world
JustARedditAccoumt2026-01-02 14:26
>(Zero/HF/UBW)
You should watch Fate/stay night (2006) as well, but you should be fine after that.
Fate/strange Fake does make a ton of references to other series across Type-Moon, but those are really the only ones you need to make sure you've seen first.
Also, The Lord El-Melloi II Case Files is not necessary to watch, mostly because Fate/strange Fake actually released first and Makoto Sanda, the author of Case Files, actually asks Narita Ryogo, the author of Fate/strange Fake, advise on how to write Flat Escardo because of that.
Roostalol2026-01-02 14:30
Well I tried to get into that but was struggling, so I played through Fate and UBW routes on the original game lmao.
JustARedditAccoumt2026-01-02 14:33
Oh, well that's actually even better! You should finish the game by playing through Heaven's Feel.
YoloJoloHobo2026-01-02 17:29
I'm going to second this for anyone who hasn't played through HF. Compared to the movies it's so much different and does the story incomparably better. Playing the game after watching the anime made it better than UBW for me.
JustARedditAccoumt2026-01-02 20:00
Yeah, the movies had to cut out so much for time that they feel like almost completely different stories despite covering most of the main points.
YoloJoloHobo2026-01-02 20:26
I think the largest difference is how the movies focus solely on Sakura. The VN gives a lot of time to Kirei and Ilya. The route is more the Sakura-Ilya route than just the Sakura route, which makes sense because the planned Ilya route was merged to Sakura's. Essentially, they cut out most of the content from one of the two main characters.
Of course there's also the lack of Shirou's inner monologue but to be honest that was one of the things they tackled well through visuals, unlike with UBW.
n080dy1232026-01-02 20:54
Oh that's interesting, I guess that in part explains why the two feel like sort of spiritual sequels to me., if Case files is sort of written as a prequel to SF.
n080dy1232026-01-02 20:53
You can watch Case Files, but entirely optional. One of the Masters in SF, Flat, is a prominent character in Case Files, and some of the other Case Files characters do show up in significant capacity, but you don't need to know them from that to watch this. Technically not even the same timeline, they'll work just fine as standalone characters. So no events from it especially inform them here, but it'll help characterize them more.
MorbillionDollars2026-01-03 00:35
there's a lot of references to other series in strange fake but you don't need to watch them, it's just cool to be able to spot them.
BlankHeroineFluff2026-01-02 13:39
I prefer his design here over his Case Files anime design. He looked a bit too pale and gaunt (at least for me) in that anime adaptation whereas here, he actually looks like a handsome stud, which is in-line with his character profile stating that a lot of female students have crushes on him (iirc, he was even named the "hottest professor you'd want to sleep with" in the Clock Tower lmao).
CertifiedBedophile2026-01-02 15:23
he is all around a loser in Case Files. I like this too
BlankHeroineFluff2026-01-02 15:40
While somewhat true, he's also pretty handsome in the Case Files LN illustrations by Mineji Sakamoto. He looks anorexic in the Case Files anime lol thanks to the art style.
the_3rdist2026-01-02 16:13
Best version of him is the manga version IMHO.

Brickinatorium2026-01-02 18:39
I think that was mostly the studio's artstyle or something. I think they were also the ones that did GATE, the JSDF one, and ReCreators.
Constellar-A2026-01-02 20:30
Yes there was canonically an in-universe survey asking female students at the Clock Tower what men they wanted to sleep with and he was at the top.
His friend Melvin, the white-haired guy with the violin from Case Files, was also high up on the list.

(grad students in the US are 22 at minimum btw)

>Characters waiting until someone’s an adult to lust over them?? In MY Fate universe????
I mean, he was already an adult in Fate/Zero (he was 19).
>(grad students in the US are 22 at minimum btw)
Yeah, but he wasn't a grad student, he was essentially in undergrad in Fate/Zero.
Here, he's in his 30's and is a professor.

He got that late growth spurt
ViewtifulSchmoe2026-01-02 17:08
Also [Fate/Zero] >!He appears in a much older and more handsome form in Iskandar's army, anyway. He might have been a thinner than in this art, but he was decidedly not a twink grad student.!<

Did Waver use his last summon mark to steal all of Iskander's testosterone?
JustARedditAccoumt2026-01-02 15:32
Nah, he just grew a lot even though he was already 19 (which seems to be a weirdly consistent thing in this franchise, see Kirei's growth spurt between Fate/Zero and Fate/stay night, and Shirou's growth spurt after the end of Fate/stay night).
PotatEXTomatEX2026-01-03 13:12
Weird that it happened so often, but it does happen. Someone growing a lot past late teenagehood, i mean.

As a casual Fate fan, only having seen Waver in FGO, Fate Apocrypha and Strange/Fake, does he fight/in action on the later episodes? Im curious how Zhuge Liang fights in Fate. 😭
Constellar-A2026-01-03 00:30
Waver’s not a fighter. He’s actually really really bad at magecraft. But he’s a great teacher because he has so much knowledge about how magic stuff works, he just doesn’t have the natural talent to use that knowledge for himself.

It's magecraft I ain't gotta explain shit.
Aki0080352026-01-03 02:21
Iirc, in Strange Fake, he's supposed to be older than in his own series.
kalirion2026-01-03 03:05
Oh Waver, if only you knew the horrors one of your alternates faced slaving in FGO farms.

Why does no one just calls him Waver in these types of things?

TV series **starts airing weekly** on 03.01.2026. Beginning with episode 0 and 1 tomorrow and new content the week after.
He straight up said that 'Kayneth is my idea of the ideal mage' in the novel. Or something along those lines.
B - "The explanation is Nasuverse."
A - "Ah. That makes sense."
If you’ve seen Fate Zero, that’s [Fate Zero spoilers]>!Waver, Rider’s master.!<
(actually I don't remember which city Strange Fake is in lol)
\>takes on the name of his evil teacher and made to pay his debts
\>gets bullied over and over by the little sister
\>doesn't even leverage his title of being a lord
\>skips the next holy grail war for all of this cuckoldry
\>basically not a mage, can't do any magic
\>malnourished
The King of Conquerors would be disappointed
This tells me you really didn't understand Case Files even if you assumingly watched it.
Iskandar actually helped homie grow up😭😭😭
I may have to catch this edition of the series!
Edit: peeps in the comments letting me know I am more ofa fate/stay amateur than I thought lmao
You'd get more parallel if you watch el melloi case file but it isnt a requirements
Fate/strange Fake takes place about a year after The Adventures of Lord El-Melloi II (strange Fake is 2009, Adventures is 2008).
Yes.
>what events are the same as the Stay Night entries?
Almost all of them.
>Is it just a case that by watching it, you’d find out?
We'll have to see how the anime does it, but yes and no (you'd have to be pretty familiar with some more obscure Type-Moon series to figure out which timeline this takes place in).
However, the events that are different (which isn't a lot) in Fate/strange Fake's versions of Fate/stay night and Fate/Zero are down to you later down the line.
Some kind of Fuyuki 5th Grail War happened. That's about it, nothing more concrete than that IIRC.
Actually, Fate/strange Fake is not treated like that. It's mostly it's own thing (even though it takes place in a timeline where an alternate version of Fate/stay night, Fate/Zero, and The Lord El-Melloi II Case Files took place).
Whereas instead they should have just made different routes canon to different series'
Say, Strange Fake is canon to Unlimited Blade Works. But another series would be in the Fate timeline. And another would be in the Heavens Feel timeline.
The game is also cheeky enough to first imply that the three routes presented aren't even the only three ways the Fifth Holy Grail War could have gone [Unlimited Blade Works major spoiler]>!because one character is actually from the future, and their experience of the Holy Grail War in their timeline doesn't exactly match up with any of the three ingame routes!< and then outright state that there are infinite universes/timelines [Heaven's Feel minor spoiler]>!by having a character create a weapon that explicitly operates by drawing in not only the local mana where they are in their own universe, but the local mana from *that same location and point in time from a ton of alternate universes* - not much power from any one universe, but added up together... it's possibly one of the most powerful weapons in the story, which is saying a lot, considering how nuts Fate/Stay Night's powerlevels are!<.
it primarily started with Zero, when that was written it contradicted ever single route in Stay night a little bit, so Nasu said it was an alternate timeline and that while Zero would lead to events similar to ST and ST had similar events to Zero, they were not directly on the same timeline.
and plus, with the whole throne of heroes outside of time and Alaya pruning timelines thing, its worked in the series favor
Which, we know this because of lines about the upcoming presidential election and we know August because of hurricane naming patterns from 2008.
Strange Fake is alt universe, might almost every Fate anime is, but it doesn't take place in roughly the same timeframe as FSN.
Narita is a good enough writer that you could still follow along with the story going in without any pre-existing knowledge of the franchise, but you’ll get more enjoyment out of it the more familiar you are with Type Moon stuff.
Of course there's also the lack of Shirou's inner monologue but to be honest that was one of the things they tackled well through visuals, unlike with UBW.
Especially with the [capes](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/typemoon/images/e/e8/Lord_El-Melloi_II_Case_Files_Manga_Volume_1.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20180717150716) and [long coats](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/typemoon/images/d/d5/Lord_El-Melloi_II_Case_Files_Manga_Volume_5.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20201126135827)
His friend Melvin, the white-haired guy with the violin from Case Files, was also high up on the list.
....ahem.
I am totally normal about his man. Yes. ahem.
