Unfortunately, the "turn in a bunch of rare monster parts" or "turn in a huge pile of monster parts" is a pretty common trope in these fantasy adventurer animes.

The most recent one I can think of is "Even Given the Worthless 'Appraiser' Class, I'm Actually the Strongest" though it's not an isekai. [Example video](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/LTzAfCQvzWk)

I believe "I'm a Noble on the Brink of Ruin, So I Might as Well Try Mastering Magic" also had a scene like that and is an isekai.

If you have any more details to distinguish it from other series, you might be able to get the answer you're looking for.

The scene they are thinking of was played off as a comedy scene. And the Mc was dropped into the world as an adult. He had black hair. He had female companions with him

N7CombatWombat2026-01-02 15:40

That's a common trope in isekai. Do you remember anything at all about the MC? Male, female? Hair color? When you watched it?

sisconking1322026-01-02 16:01

It is almost certainly one of the ones I listed

Campfire Cooking In Another World, there was a scene at the butcher where the mc brought a lot of monster meat and everyone was surprised.

sisconking1322026-01-02 15:40

Did the butcher freak out and needed to take them to a bigger warehouse?

I know the scene…
I feel like I might be able to narrow it down to a few….

Clean-Flounder-90982026-01-02 15:42

I believe so

Maybe Chronicles of an Aristocrat Reborn in Another World? It's also known as The Aristocrat's Otherworldly Adventure.

sisconking1322026-01-02 16:05

Just search up on YouTube “monster butcher scene” and each of the anime titles I gave you. You should find the scene if you go through all of them

Clean-Flounder-90982026-01-02 16:06

Ok I'll try that

sisconking1322026-01-02 15:57

Possibilities are

Reincarnated with a Smartphone

Death March to a Parallel World Rhapsody

Possibly Black Summoner….

By the Grace of the Gods

A Journey through another world: raising kids while adventuring (though I don’t think it’s this one)

Beast Tamer

My Isekai Life

The Aristocrat’s Otherworldly adventure: Serving Gods who go too far

Online Shopper anime

And it almost certainly has to be one of these if it’s the scene I’m thinking about since I went through my whole list of watched anime.

# Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill

This one? MC took a bunch of powerful or rare monsters to a butcher .. but not killed by him

Clean-Flounder-90982026-01-02 15:46

I specifically remember that they were killed by him but may of tried 2 pass it off as if he hadn't but can't fully remember

Clean-Flounder-90982026-01-02 15:55

I've just remembered that the MC was male and might of had black hair but not 100% certain on the hair colour, sisconking132 is on the right track with the scene I was trying 2 remember

sisconking1322026-01-02 16:00

He has black hair. He was also dropped in the world and not reincarnated as a baby since he didn’t know the value of the items he took out

Clean-Flounder-90982026-01-02 16:03

I believe so

scratchfury2026-01-02 16:08

How recently did you watch it? If it's more recent, it could be "The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World".

sisconking1322026-01-02 16:14

At least a year ago. I feel like it might have been slightly more though.

icchann2026-01-02 15:58

There's too many like this. Just move on. You'll find another this season like this that you'll love.

Clean-Flounder-90982026-01-02 16:02

I know its not death march or beast tamer since I watched those pretty recently I feel like it's 1 of the others though my moneys on black summoner but I'll check the others if not

Campfire Cooking in another World with my Absurd Skill?

KriegOpfer2026-01-02 18:22

Berserk of Gluttony maybe

Fuzzy9742026-01-06 09:26

A scene were the MC bring a bunch a monster he killed to a place where they would assess how much he is owned for those?

That happens in 75% of isekai, it's not helping at all to know that.

Remember anything else at all? Why the MC died? Or why he was in another world? Or any power he had?

Clean-Flounder-90982026-01-09 13:30

Update: turned out the anime i was thinking of was campfire cooking in another world with my absurd skill, the scene i remembered felt like a different anime from campfire cooking since obviously cooking is the focus of that anime and I couldn't remember y MC took a bunch of monsters to a butcher, i felt as though MC was the 1 that killed them but I was mistaken.
