As title speaks, by scummy I dont mean the typical anime pervert, i mean stuff like fighting dirty and being an asshole, or protagonists chill with murder

Jormungandr and Black Lagoon might be up your alley. The former is about a weapon smuggler and her crew as they go on different deliveries, and the latter is about an office worker who is so bored about his life that when he gets kidnapped by pirates he just becomes a pirate and joins the criminal underworld.

Especially towards the end of Black Lagoon, you see that the office worker dude has transformed from the "diplomat" of the group, into a cold, calculating manipulator.

Sabagebu is a "cute girl playing paintball" comedy style about the sociopathic Sonokawa Momoka.

And her catchphrase is basically "one for me, all for me, if I can't be happy then no one will be. If someone wrongs you get back at them with 100 times what they did to you"

Besides OverLord, I would go with Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra, it's similar in some ways to OverLord and from what I heard in the LN it can get dark.

The “level 9999 unlimited gatcha” anime that just aired had a protagonist whose entire motivation is killing all the former party members who wronged him.

“The executioner and her way of life”: The Protagonist is an executioner very chill with murder given her job.

“Re-monster” has a protagonist who gains the power of whatever he eats. People included. It did kinda give me redo of healer vibes though so it might not be up your alley

* **Arifureta**: MC isn't a scumbag but he is uncompromising and willing to kill anyone who gets in his way, even people he might have once called friends or comrades.
* **GIFT LVL 9999 UNLIMITED GACHA**: MC Starts out as a wide eyed kid, learns hard the world sucks and decides to get awesome revenge.
* **I'm Giving the Disgraced Noble Lady I Rescued a Crash Course in Naughtiness**: MC is ostensibly a scumbag but really he's just a nice guy who thinks he's bad. The whole thing is more wholesome than anything.
* **The Legendary Hero is Dead!**: MC Accidentally kills the "hero" because he's a piece of shit, and has to take his place.
* **I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire**: MC tries hard to be an evil overlord, fails.
* **The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World**: The MC in this one isn't technically that bad, but he is a murderer, and does do quite a lot of killing and torturing. Also, this is getting a second season soon so now is a good time to rewatch.
* **Solo Leveling**: Might not really count, the MC does kill people but only when he has too. And his goal is ultimately pretty good.
* **Ixion Saga DT:** MC is a Scumbag /w little to no power, that wins fights by kicking bad guys in the balls. This is an older one but VERY funny, it's very similar to Combatants will be Dispatched.

Ragna Crimson - 1 protagonist is a Hero, the other one is a train wreck that made the show for me.

Fate series - is decent, but you need to know where to start. And not all of them are created equal. Recommend to start with Fate/Stay Night unlimated blade work, and then Fate Zero. They have some of the best fight animations too. Fate Zero is probably where you will find MC is a dirty fighter.

World's FInest Assassin - Not really a bad person, but he is a mercenary where strategic battle is employed to win.
