Can somebody suggest me their favorite fighting or martial arts anime?

I'm talking about stuff like Baki, air master, kengan ashura, history strongest disciple, etc.

The focus should be on fighting with minimal weapons please. And also preferably no super powers or energy blasts

It's my favorite anime and manga series. The manga recently surpassed 1500 chapters.

I suggest giving it a go. Watch S1, then the two Specials/OVA called Champion Road and Kimura vs Mashiba (these came out in opposite order compared to the manga but it's fine), and then New Challenger (S2), and then Rising (S3). All the content up through New Challenger is top notch, but Rising makes a few decisions in terms of pacing that I really don't agree with.

Though just wanted to warn the OP, the action in only a first major aspect of the series. Wind Breaker also focuses on mental health and emotional growth so if they're looking for pure action/fighting in anime this show isn't for them. Some people end up complaining about how there's too much dialogue between fights so be warned

If you want grounded martial arts with little to no superpowers, Hajime no Ippo is a must — it’s boxing but very technique-focused and intense.
Shamo (manga) is extremely raw and brutal if you’re okay with darker themes. Garouden and Kenichi (early arcs) also lean more into real martial arts before things get exaggerated.
