What anime should I watch next?
From what I can think of, (of the big and popular animes) I've watched:
Naruto,
One Piece,
Death Note,
Attack on Titan,
My Hero Academia(a few eps left I'm watching it right now)
JJK,
Demon Slayer,
Frieren,
Erased,
Apothecary Diaries,
Chainsaw man (not the movie yet),
And a bunch of other random animes (not big ones though),
I really liked all of these animes, and the ones that captivated me from the beginning to the end was mha and demon slayer and apothecary diaries, so I just want to find another good anime to watch that would pull me in like these ones. They don't have to be too similar because I know they all have very different themes, but I feel like I've watched most of the good animes out there and I really need some recommendations for what to watch next after I finish mha.

If you liked "Apothecary", you could give "Erased" or "The Summer when Hikaru Died" a shot. (Apothecary is too good, fo easy on me)
Did you list "Dandadan"? That's a fun one.
For a good soundtrack, "Made in Abyss" can feel quite immersive at times.
Another anime with a fun soundtrack is "Ruri Rocks" in case you find yourself compelled by good music. It's an anime about ROCKS! Ordinary rocks! "That doesn't sound so dangerous.". Oh, this is no ordinary honey!
