i need to find this anime

I have to clear up a doubt, I saw a clip of an episode of an anime on Insta Reels, the edit says "this boy is too lucky" the scene below shows a boy, probably the protagonist tied up and kidnapped by a girl, who has an eye patch who, to keep him quiet, puts a finger in her mouth and then puts it in the boy's mouth, the girl had black hair, with an eye patch, I have no idea what the protagonist looks like, oh and the girl she was probably the classic "silent girl" in the class, they both looked young, and yes, I checked Blackbullet and Another and they are not those

mirai nikki? Sounds like something you'd see in that anime.

I remember that in the scene I saw both (boy and girl) had childish aspects, disproportionate heads and tiny covers, this photo describes more or less how I remember the body (the characters in the photo are not valid, they are not the ones I am looking for) [https://imgs.search.brave.com/l3TjQdKtPIRbxLmoNc579vOPkKCjbjpi6hufiWKRIf0/rs:fit:860:0:0:0/g:ce/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cu/YW5pbWVjbGljay5p/dC9wcm92ZS9pbWdf/dG1wLzY5MjM2Lmpw/Zw](https://imgs.search.brave.com/l3TjQdKtPIRbxLmoNc579vOPkKCjbjpi6hufiWKRIf0/rs:fit:860:0:0:0/g:ce/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cu/YW5pbWVjbGljay5p/dC9wcm92ZS9pbWdf/dG1wLzY5MjM2Lmpw/Zw)

The only girl with eye patch that I remember is the one from Another

I checked too and she seems to be the one from the scene I remember, but on youtube or vimeo I couldn't find any scene like that and I'm sure that scene was like that, it wasn't an edit, not even a YTP it was actually the official scene of the anime
