Anyway... continuing my votes for Miko, Shiori, and Hinako as well some others, but the Watatabe trio are the ones I'm rooting for.
Kaguya-sama is a romcom, and probably one of the best romcom out there (tho the original concepts were more akin to a battle royale deathmatch, so on that sense you're not that far off lol)
May I ask for one final thing is basically female fantasy One Punch Man

I say '*A Mangaka's Weirdly Wonderful Workplace*' is rather underwatched. It's a comfy CGDCT show about a mangaka at her job. Not much plot as typical of the genre but its charm is in the dynamics between the cast.
* Libra beat Haru? Really? And it wasn't even close like Satou vs Yuuko? Really?
* I hope that Asuka, Yuzuki, On-chan, Wanda, and Ha-san make through this round!
* The monster girls trio seems safe this round.
>Which Fall 2025 anime do you think was underwatched, and briefly recommend it. (Be careful with spoiler though)
**With You, Our Love Will Make It Through** \- Cute Romeo and Juliet romance between a human girl and a beast (dog) person guy. Good production values, interesting character designs for the beast people, a couple of doki-doki and spicy moments. Sufficiently better than the average romance to give it an episode or two.
Time to take my pills!
…
Where’s my Ukyo Kuonji?
Also, Crunchyroll forgot to upload the subtitles for the first episode when it came out, so I watched the entire show unsubbed out of spite. So thanks Crunchyroll, that was great listening practice.
*excessive sad sniffing*
You don't have to look at your own story anymore!
MC: Wandance. People got offended by subpar dancing CGI in thr first episodes and missed a great "sports"/coming of age/romance show as a result.
>MC: Which Fall 2025 anime do you think was underwatched, and briefly recommend it. (Be careful with spoiler though)
If I were to count sequels I would say Let this Grieving soul retire. The anime had my stopping the episode to laugh out loud by far the most of any anime last year. I just love the characters and nearly everyy joke is a hit for me. I don't think I rate it as high as the peakk that is the Eminence in Shadow, but it doesn't stand far behind it imo.
As for non-sequels, for underwatched shows I think I'll go with Alma. It was nothing special, but it was a cute little story of a makeshift family of two scientists and their little robot kid. Usually I would have something here I could wholeheartedly recommend every season, but from the 30+ shows I tried at the start of the season, not that many stuck for me and the few that did like Gnosia, Saigo ni Hitotsu dake etc. I don't think were really underwatched.

MC: let this grieving soul retire part 2
A Wild Last Boss Appeared. Good story, good character and some crazy visuals. Like straight up OPM season 1 tier stuff happening in a certain fight.
Reze fans better ready their clips once she fights punch lady.
Izumi and Mei lost too but at least those were a closer battles. And glad Kiyoko made it through at least. Was hoping all my Yano-kun girls would get past the first round but oh well.
All my Watatabe girls are through as expected but I still don't expect Hinako to go very far. She may have a tough fight even in this round against Mechanical Marie.
And Kiyoko is up against Shiori now and damn, that's a tough one. I love both of them for different reasons. Have to go with Kiyoko to rep Yano-kun plus she's just so adorably silly.
On-chan made it and Wanda too, yay! But Wanda is up against a big favourite so I'm not too optimistic about her chances this round.
Fuyumura made it through but the rest of the Sanda girls didn't. I still don't understand why this show isn't celebrated more here. It seems like something this sub should be eating up.
Happy to see Futami, Hazama and Satou made it through. Still salty about Nashida getting left out of the bracket, but at least these girls are doing well so far.
Scarlet is trying to prove a doubter wrong. Most votes in Round 1 over Reze too.
I wish Hinako wasn't under 200 votes in Round 1, but I think she'll be fine to make it to Shiori.
Ukyo...I suppose there wasn't much to go off of using just what the 2024 adaptation has covered.
Boo to Iana losing in Round 1 in an upset. Yoshida probably does has more traditional Best Girl qualities, but Iana is way more fun and funnier too. [So to all Yoshida voters.](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/G89IrBAW0AATj_7?format=jpg&name=orig)
Very impressed that Asuka got the seeding upset to move on and Yuuko almost won vs. Satou. Maybe *Chitose* girls are stronger than what the seeding implies.
Luna got within 50 of Lufas which is a considerable amount in a low vote contest like this, but it wasn't a blowout at least and I'm happy about that.
Yay for Alma getting the upset to advance to Round 2. Sadly, I can't support her any longer considering her Round 2 opponent.
Jina still having it rough even in the seasonal Best Girl contests.
#**Today's Voting**
Rooting and voting for a Satou vs. Touko matchup even though it won't happen.
I want to see even better vote totals for Hinako and Shiori.
I would have voted Iroha over Niko, but not Asuka.
Voting a Mom over an Uma here in this Melinda vs. Fujimasa March matchup and it would be nice if the majority did that too.
Dicta Striker might be too hard of a matchup for Nanase, but going down with her.
Sorry Alma. It's Miko for that side of the bracket even if it hurts losing you, Futami, and Hazama.
Not like Ha-san will get that far, but I'd like her to make it Round 3 (Azusa is good too though!)
I believe in Futami vs. Obey Your Master. Uma's underperform in these contests.

>Which Fall 2025 anime do you think was underwatched, and briefly recommend it. (Be careful with spoiler though)
*The Dark History of the Reincarnated Villainess* - even if you don't directly relate to the fanfic heavy nature of the series, remembering cringe stuff you did from when you were younger and being able to laugh at it now will make this series a blast to watch. You get to see how degen Iana is too.
MC: I'll never stop recommending Uma Musume. Even if it has become way more popular now, it's still too underwatched in my eyes.
Besides that, Wandance. Yes, the CGI was bad. Or rather the models were bad, the animation and choreography was good. But the rest is truly amazing. If you can look past the CGI models, you are in for an amazing treat. The honest approach and introspection to learning something new was mesmerizing. My appreciation for dancing, something I haven't really been interested in at all, rose a lot through watching the show.
Also, Sanda is fantastic. It's weird in all the right ways, has super interesting world building, and very strong messages. It's also super entertaining in every single moment.
Awkward Senpai!
Many thought it was "highschool romance happening in an office" and I wouldn't necessarily disagree, but I really liked main girl's personality (both aspects of it), it was really cute!
I'm gonna use this opportunity to recommend my AOTS 'A Mangaka's Weirdly Wonderful Workplace'. It's a lovely SoL show about the struggles a mangaka faces and how she overcomes them by learning to rely on others. It has great character dynamics and a lovely romance subplot. If you liked 'New Game' you'll absolutely love this one too.
I don't usually take part in the mini challenges, but Tojima Wants To Be Kamen Rider deserves some praise. Start by taking 4 people who are even more dedicated Chuunibou than Okarin, except some they're even further into adulthood than you usually see, with the title character having hit 40. And while the animation is questionable, you're really here for watching these insane idiots bounce off of each other and the world around them. It's kinda like Tonkusatsu Konosuba.
Today I voted for the the girls from Mangaka and Wandance, Kiyoko from Yano-kun, and Diana from Final Thing. Scarlett is good too, but I doubt she needs assistance in these early rounds and I've started to abstain a lot more.
If it's #1 vs #2 in the finals, though - full support to Scarlett.
To answer the challenge, the answer is Wandance. People just have some stupid hate boner for all things CGI. I don't even like the music in the show, but it's still well worth a watch. It's so wholesome but still features internal struggles even if everyone is completely supportive.
