For a long time, I took a step back from anime. Recently, however, I dove straight back in. I just finished The Apothecary Diaries for the first time. I really loved it and my friend was very excited at all my reactions.

That said... I haven't watched anime in several years (I think I stopped before the world shut down in 2020). I'm curious as to what I should watch as I haven't been keeping up to date with anything and looking at crunchyroll's selection (along with Netflix and Hulu) is a bit intimidating.

Little background on my anime experience (from what I remember)... my first anime was Soul Eater and I loved it (nobody should've let 12 year old me watch that). I watched some of AoT. I watched a good chunk of Fairy Tail and One Piece (never finished them). Your Lie in April was amazing.

I wish I had more in my memory to share, but those are the ones that pop out the most right now. I wish I could give a broader reach for what I like right now, but I don't even know. For the past... however long, I've been entrenched in the minecraft/gaming communities... so my style is kinda open right now.

I guess I should do a TLDR: I've been away from anime for a while and I'm looking to get back into it. I don't have much of a style/genre I'm looking at right now... so go wild with suggestions... maybe not too wild.
