Hi Mickey_004, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

The only thing that comes to mind is Goodbye Eri. But that's a manga

There are several shows where school kids make a movie, but I can't think of any that are _about_ making a movie. If it was just a side plot, the first ones that come to mind are [Tasogare outfocus](https://anidb.net/anime/18097) and [Hana wa saku, shura no gotoku](https://anidb.net/anime/18683).

ETA// Just remembered that they also make a movie in [Ano natsu de matteru](https://anidb.net/anime/8620). Cute show.

Bokutachi no Remake comes to mind. It has an arc where they have to make a movie for a school project. The main focus is about making videogames though.

Watch "Dr. Stone" I think most knowledge sharing or science related stuff, either u will get hooked or leave it.
Worth a try

Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! is about three girls making an anime short film for their high school club. It goes into a lot of detail about how anime is made.

Sounds like Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! It's more about the creative process, but very grounded and super love letter to making stuff.

Man I hallucinated and thought it was Tenmaku Cinema for a second, but I just remembered that was a cancelled manga lol.
