If you like a silent voice would recommend
-a whisker away
-violet evergarden
-your lie in April
-I want to be your pancreas
-plastic memories
They are all sad but also happy anime / anime movies and I can’t lie I did cry in some of these (I can’t let gng know)

Others haven't mentioned this movie, but it hits the same as the silent voice, it's Josee the tiger and the fish
