help finding an anime that was taken off netflix

hey yall im trying to find an anime i watched when i was younger that probably came out the mid to late 2010s. im pretty sure it was a mecha anime or something and i remember the main guy being blonde and i think either him or the second major character wearing lime green, i know it only had a single season for the longest time ever and the second season was announced in like 2021-2023. i dont remember much about it but i remember that the main guy and the secondary guy had some some romantic tension between them kind of. i remember watching it on Netflix maybe around 2020-202 but i cant seem to find it on there anymore. if anyone has any ideas of what it could be please let me know!! im not sure exactly how popular it was but i know it had an active fandom back when i was watching it. the cover on netflix had all of the cast in a semi circle and it was brightly colored. i know it wasnt any of the gundam shows or anything.

Honestly, your description was pretty good. Not sure about the two main dudes romance, but mecha (they wear armour suits) and release date lined up, and I remember waiting forever for season 2.

I may have been misremembering it and just was getting fandom stuff mixed up with canon since it was so long ago

Makes sense, I don't remember much of it myself. I hope you enjoy rewatching it, or for whatever you wanted to remember it for.
