Hi PrizeWin4177, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

You might also find our [Recommendation Wiki](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/recommendations) or [daily thread](/r/anime/search?q=flair%3Adaily&restrict_sr=on&sort=new&t=week) helpful.

The Tatami Galaxy is unhinged and brilliant. Eleven episodes of complete insanity that somehow makes perfect sense by the end. Pure chaos.

Here’s a mix of vibes in case you binge them back‑to‑back:

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Mob Psycho 100, Jujutsu Kaisen, Spy x Family, Steins;Gate, Mushoku Tensei, Kaguya‑sama: Love is War, Violet Evergarden, Made in Abyss, and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners

Alt22212026-01-05 20:09

great starter list

No_Durian_69872026-01-05 20:20

For sure, but I’d personally insert two caveats: Mushoku Tensei’s protagonist does some very icky, uncomfortable things, and Made in Abyss gets very heavy, very fast.

Both are great shows, though.

> in the less time possible

If short length is a priority there are a lot of one-off animations out there, [recommendations from last year's awards](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/1hsvkyi/nominations_for_the_2024_ranime_awards_are_now/m595as4/) for example with a number of them under five minutes.
