Wavelength board game Anime Version

Hi Everyone,

I'm organizing a teen event at the library, and I'm going to play an anime version of the wavelength game with the kids along with some other trivia, games, and crafts. I'm looking for suggestions on topics to use that are anime themed. Keep in mind kids will be coming who may not have seen a ton of anime, so I want to keep the subjects somewhat accessible to newbies. Wavelength is a viral game where two teams give clues to try to guess where on the spectrum a hidden dial lands. Topics I have so far are the following:

Shonen >>Shoujo

Good Anime >> Bad Anime

Magical Girl >> Super Villain

Cinnamon Roll >> Could Kill You

Best anime couple >> Worst anime couple

Filler >> essential/ faithful to the manga

Thanks!

How does the shonen/ shojou one work when its objectively one or the other?

Hello,

I wasn't thinking in terms of naming a specific anime, but descriptions or adjectives like you can say something that's typical of one or the other depending on where it lands on the spectrum. Like smack in the middle would be typically has a preteen protagonist, slightly toward shojou maybe has a romantic interest or very emotional (these things are more often seen in shojou but often appear in modern shonen these days). More toward shonen would be action-packed fight scenes (typical of shonen but seen in some shoujo) etc.

Thanks!
