Can’t remember what anime this was

So you know when you have memories of something and it bothers you that you don’t remember what it was called. I remember a show where the mc was a weak but smart guy and the girl he wanted to impress was really strong. I remember something about her dating girls because she couldn’t find a man stronger than her. If anyone knows what show it is please tell me

I don’t remember almost anything. I believe they had powers and attended some sort of academy but the setting was pretty modern. Highschool age characters. I think the strong girl had long black hair

The "only date those stronger than me" part sounds like Villainess Level 99: I May Be the Hidden Boss but I'm Not the Demon Lord, but she didn't date girls or anyone at all
