I’ve been watching **Secrets of the Silent Witch**, and it made me realize how rare *truly* introverted protagonists are in fantasy.

The main character is extremely strong, but instead of flexing power, the story focuses on her social anxiety, internal monologue, and small everyday struggles. Even her magic, silent spellcasting, exists because speaking in public overwhelms her.

It’s a quiet, character-driven story where most of the tension stems from social situations rather than physical confrontations. I found it oddly comforting, though I can see how the slow pacing wouldn’t be for everyone.

Do you usually enjoy this kind of low-key, introspective fantasy, or do you prefer more action-heavy stories?

Would love other recommendations with a similar vibe.
