> Introducing the First Wave of Creators for “Project PRISMation”
The inaugural lineup for Project PRISMation brings together three creative groups from across Asia—each celebrated for their distinctive artistry and bold visual styles.
> First is Zemyata, a Thailand-based creator known for his vivid color palettes and uniquely dark yet pop-inspired worlds.
> Next is Uguisu Kobo, an independent animation collective formed primarily by graduates of Musashino Art University’s Department of Imaging Arts and Sciences.
And rounding out the lineup is rapitus, a Vietnam-based creator duo composed of RaPis and Tus, whose work blends surreal humor with striking design sensibilities.
Didn't expect two out of three headliners to be from outside of Japan!
It's quite interesting how different parts of the industry view things like that quite differently.
Also, it tickles my language funny bone when Japanese companies use English wordplay like "PRISMation". I feel like that one in particular is quite hard to parse for the average Japanese person.

Vietnam certainly has a couple of animation studios now that regularly do outsource work for JP productions. Perhaps the selection of those two countries is related to that, especially as the domestic animation market for both of them isn't strong.

Why don't they finish adapating the stuff from Anime Innovation Tokyo in 2009 or the 2014 Japan Animator Expo?
