For engagement I guess Frieren will be the main topic for the next couple of months.
Most important: If you post on social media / patreon then keep making art that your core commmunity likes even if they aren't the most popular shows.
But as I said in my OG reply, Frieren is a safe bet because it is going to be most likely the most talked about show this season and Frieren fan art is always beloved and does well.
Then Pixiv/Deviant/ArtStation for catalogue.
Patreon for exclusive things like process or the files. Maybe a higher tier where someone can directly decide what you will paint next within whatever set of limitation you give out.
Youtube is nice if you want to record and upload the process of you painting stuff.
Twitch is great if you are willing to stream while painting. Some artists don't stream the entire process but does the line art off stream. You don't need to talk or interact much with chat either, some artists stream with their mic turned off to concentrate better. You could watch a few art streamers on twitch and ask questions of them directly. They would honestly probably give you better advice than me.
In short, it is a question of how much you want to share and how much you are prepared to eat shit from rude assholes. There is sadly way too many assholes on the internet.
