Shonen is literally your age, the entire genre. Well technically you might need to be twelve, but we will let that slide. Just remember Japanese males are slightly more mature than Americans. But that's cause we try to keep you innocent longer, whatever that means.

Anything labeled shonen is technically aimed at 16 under males. I'm sure there a lower age limit. But the anime you listed most things will be okay.

Things like Jobless Incarnation will hit very different as an adult than 11yo. But hey so does rated G Disney movies.
