From an average anime production standpoint, this looks decent, but the quality Mappa has been giving us ever since 2020, Hell's paradise seems to be getting bottom of the barrel treatment. Just goes to show as a production studio and animation quality-wise Mappa has it's own definition of 'low quality'. Even Ranma, Oblivion battery, and super niche projects of Mappa looks better than this. Still 8/10 though.

The first season started a little slow, but by Episode 7 things were more on course. That change in pace is the only thing that led me to continue following the series. Let’s hope that they can keep the momentum rolling at MAPPA and let this project truly shine with the right project team.
They completed a nice turnaround with their 3 week break during Jujutsu Kaisen after Episode 5 of Season 2 and ended up solidifying it as my most anticipated anime release.
I recently saw the Movie in IMAX. They really outdid themselves. They are the only studio that has been able to give me the same chills as Madara versus the Allied Shinobi Forces.

Oooh ooh I love Hell's Paradise (still have 2 episodes left of season 1) and I LOOOVE Queen Bee (Oshi No Ko ED 1 and Undead Unluck OP 1 are god tier songs). This makes me very happy indeed.
