I have watched many anime from one-piece, Naruto , bleach , db(all frenchise) ,aot, rom coms , etc all the titles you see on mainstream, ippo too, and many more .
But the most fun I have is on slice of life animes be it fantasy or just regular.
I enjoy slow lifes .

It's the ultimate comfy vibes show
The same mangaka also wrote PositioN, Kotonoba Drive, and Kabu no Isaki, all likewise slowpaced pleasant works where things are breathtaking and weird as heck but not much important happens and much of daily life, however occasionally odd, is reasonably serene. But these haven't been adapted to anime, and are all much shorter than the Yokohama Shopping Log series.
Bocchi The Rock -- A very likely autistic high school girl with shit-tier eye contact is trying to make it socially, which involves using her skill as a rock musician to make friends and join a band. Bocchi is a disaster in the most endearing, heartwrenching ways, and it's a brilliantly good and happy show. There were definitely times that something seemed like it should have been funny but instead hit so close to home that I cried, but it was a healing experience. Fairly subtextually lesbian, but not inappropriate about it; this is a pleasant show about rock music, not a softcore, thank heck given their ages. (If I want that, I can rewatch Bubblegum Crisis.)
Cromartie High School -- Okay this is a weird recommendation in this context, but bear with me. Built on satire of high school gang violence genre works, a whole school of delinquents gets very little schoolwork done. We never see a teacher, we never see a female classmate. And yet nothing important happens. Normal problems include being abducted by aliens, trying to figure out what's Freddie's deal (because he's a classmate who looks like Freddie Mercury), tiptoeing around the biggest toughest classmate in terror, trying to figure out what song the biggest badass was whistling all day because it's stuck in their own head now too, the school's scariest dude trying to hide his motion sickness, and trying to turn the most junior badass into a catboy to prove a point about animal care. Incredibly silly, incredibly low stakes, and oddly a lot less unwholesome than one might fear. Slice of zany surreal life, if you will.

• The faraway paladin
More like fantasy I’d say, Mc is raised by undead beings and eventually ventures off by himself, defeating monsters head on or with magic, and finding companions on the way. It’s adventure, and the Mc has great character development.
• Kono oto tomare
The characters are in high school, and they’re all in a music club mainly focusing on the Koto. (Japanese instrument) Each character has well written backstories, and it has slow burn romance.
• The great pretender
Mc is a conman, who’s very brilliant and smart when it comes to scamming people. Throughout, he meets a man and multiple people who are con artists as well. Some moments are funny, and there’s lots of plot twists.
•Tokyo Revengers
Mc goes 12 years back to the past to save his girlfriend who unfortunately, passes away in the present. The reason why his girlfriend dies, is because of a gang’s doing. In the past he’s a middle schooler / high schooler, and he meets important people from the gang and alter crucial moments to change the past, hoping the gang isn’t corrupted in the future and so his girlfriend lives. This has a lot of friendship, and it’s more like a ‘found family’ type.
•Hell’s Paradise
Mc and a bunch of people (more like criminals who have life sentences) go to a faraway island which looks like paradise, but is actually hell. The reason why they’re going is to find an elixir, which grants immortality. If they find it, the chief will remove their life sentence and the Mc is very desperate to, so he could see his wife. This has a lot of action and it has some kind form of nudity so watch at your own risk ig.
•Life lessons with Uramichi Oniisan
Basically Mc works at a children’s show, and although it’s supposed to be cute and wholesome, he’s very depressed and done with life. It’s a comedy, and if you’ve watched Saiki K, the Mc and him are similar.
•Let’s go karaoke!
The mc is a 12 year old kid who’s good at singing, and a yakuza hangs out with him so the mc could teach him how to sing. The sound cracks are funny along the way, and it’s only 5 episodes. I’ve heard the manga is turning into bl? Not sure if you’re into that but if you aren’t, the anime is pretty funny as itself, and doesn’t have any of those romance stuff.
• As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I’ll use my appraisal skill to rise in the world
Well, the title is self explanatory. The mc gets reincarnated as the son of a noble family. He has the skills to be able to see how strong a person is, and how strong they’ll eventually become. It’s good I guess though I haven’t really finished it.
• Wind breaker
I haven’t finished this as well, but it’s an action anime (just high schoolers and fighting) which I’m guessing turns into a ‘found family’ later on. I can’t say much since I’m just 2 episodes in, but the Mc is at first, closed off and an introvert with massive trust issues, and throughout the story he meets people and makes friends, his main goal is to get to the ‘top’ of a gang. It’s interesting and reminds me of manhwa plots lol but yeah!

It's part of this season's simulcast lineup. I've no idea where this is going yet, but for some reason I feel invested after watching the first episode. It's a SOL anime about an amnesiac young lady who runs a laundry business in the seaside city of Atami
