Anyone else who watches an Anime that has several seasons and watches it down to the last few episodes only to drop it in the end?
Anime’s that I have watched are haikyu, fairytale, AOT, MHA, Black Clover and much more, but the only show I can remember finishing is HxH (which is my fav) and a few other short series. I would say that Black Clover is also one of my tops and I’m slowly getting back to it, but this sudden feeling of guilt when I could’ve just finished it the first time comes up then it becomes more harder to watch.

(this goes for more than just anime as well)
Watching half an anime and saying its crap, when you probably missed half the story and maybe even a plot or character progression or such just seems wrong. Too many people watch 1 ep of something and declaire its bad and that spreads and those series often just die out. There have been plenty of series that have major changes or developments over the course of the story to excite people. The 3 episode rule people made also is a similar issue where very few series even have major reveals or such that early on and so a lot wont fall into that rule. But there is again tons of series that dont fit into pre established guidelines or rules.
So yeah finishing something so you can know for sure how you feel about something fully is the best course.
I know peoples time is limited so they have to be respectful to their time, but many people put lots of their own time into making those anime so we shoudl be respectful of them too.

Usually it involves a long layoff between seasons -- and then the anime drops you right in and since it's towards the end (or right at end of series) -- it's smack dab in the middle of fights.
Bleach is a bit rare since I have finished the manga, but the others I kind of lose interest getting dropped right in middle of the right.
MHA was rare that I was able to push myself through it's final season.
