Any anime recommendations with a male lead going on a power trip and there's NOT a bunch of girls flocking to them for no reason?
Getting sick of all these isekais with the dumbest main characters and always the random batch of illogical women. I want an anime where the main character goes on a power trip and just offs morons. Or hell maybe an anime similar to Watamote but the writers don't use a female character.

You'll have to start venturing out into other genres. Sports, comedy, thriller, etc.

"Medalist"
"Dorohedoro"
"The Summer When Hikaru Died"
"Ascendance of a Bookworm" (this one is an isekai written WELL)
I assumed that you were open to the idea of trying other genres.
As far as the types of stories you are looking for, I can only think of very badly written ones. That's all I got.

Berserk of Gluttony doesn't have women throwing themselves at the protagonist either if I recall, so that too.
That's all I can think of for power fantasy without women throwing themselves at the protagonist, but I'm sure there's more.
And there's a new anime that's great, it's about a guy who's destined to be a hero. The first episode is 50 minutes long, it's really good 👍
The Eminence in Shadow – Cid plays delusional mastermind, slaughters idiots mid-rant, no harem nonsense—just escalating absurdity.
Saga of Tanya the Evil – Male soul in lolibaba body salarymans into ruthless war machine, executes foes without female fawning.
Death Note – Light Yagami's god complex leads to calculated moron-culls; intellect-driven power fantasy, minimal romance.
