Tojima wants to be Kamen rider ROCK!!!!

I'M ALREADY in love with Tojima wants To Be A Kamen Rider! I love how well animated it is, it's funny, well animated, I love how the mc's are adults, I love how the Kamen Rider show in world looks and feels like an actual 80's show with cuts. I love this feels like it was made with passion. It feels like how shows used to make me feel

I think itll beone of or difinently my favourite anime this year (excluding continuations)

Haven't see those, but if it's better then this imma take a look at them for sure

"Orb: On the movements of the Earth" (the one he is referring to) is a philosophical pseudo-anthology very reminiscent of "Vinland Saga".

So if you liked Vinland and are feeling mighty patient, what are you waiting for?!!!

If you haven't seen Vinland Saga, season 1 adaptation is pretty cheap, but the season 2 adaptation and the manga are very good experiences.

I also loved Tojima Kamen Rider. It suited my sense of humor (good-hearted dorks).

You can feel those punches. Just a fun series. One of the best running currently and last season.

This show has gotten zero love on best of and best girl all season. I have been so disappointed to see random harem isekais over this. I don't know if it's stuck behind people with specific tastes, or if no one bothered watching it, but I love this show. Best show this season for me.

Not just the best of crowd. It never did manage to break into the left side of the Karma rankings. The subreddit is just sleeping on this.

Nice post! Looking forward to it once it's fully released and completed even more now!!!

Super cool they actually rotoscoped the old TV and even brought Hiroshi Fujioka the original Kamen Rider on to do some new lines just for the anime

sirjoey1502026-01-08 04:14

I know!!!! Like you noticed that one television scene where hey did a spliced take, right?! That gave me such a great feeling :) and I don't know why

Also, that's so cool~!

Show has a great look and is overall really fun! The music is so good as well, all their themes are great especially Tackle's.

sirjoey1502026-01-08 04:15

I know, right?! Like sound was not forgotten

Vystril2026-01-08 04:23

Honestly one of the best if not the best new anime last season. The amount of love you can tell they poured into it is amazing. Even knowing nothing about Kamen Rider I just love it so much.

That and the tournament arc was one of the best ever. Especially the episode of Tackle vs Rider, holy shit.

Definitely surprised me. Almost arbitrarily decided to give it a go when I was looking at the list seasonal shows and it quickly became my favourite show of 2025.

CheeseDaver2026-01-08 06:20

It’s one of the funniest anime I’ve seen lately.

SaintWerdna2026-01-08 06:31

Once a versions release to bluray, I'll be buying it

IntroductionRare52712026-01-08 06:48

Was my favorite new anime of 2025 by a long shot.

You can feel so much love went into this series.

The music and sound design for this series is out of this world. I was straight cry/laughing a few times and they killed the themes.

Just such a fantastic show. Definitely not towards reddit anime taste though lol

Arknightxxx9872026-01-08 09:19

Yes it is absolute ROCK anime it just so good

Knuckleheaded-beardo2026-01-08 12:10

Female characters are drawn in an unappealing way. That's the one gripe I have.

sirjoey1502026-01-08 18:36

If you're talking about how sexualised main girl is, I agree for sure. But it's done so over the top I can't help but laugh from how absurd it is. It reminds me of the "welcome to Silverman gym" scene in How Heavy Are The Dumbelss You Lift?

Salakay2026-01-08 12:16

This one was the stupidest and best anime for me in 2025.

I love anime like these so much I wish we had more of them.

Tyfereth2026-01-08 13:48

Hidden gem, you can tell the creators loved the source material

Rokwenpics2026-01-08 18:39

I started watching it for the memes about Tackle's boobs, stayed for how good it is

AccomplishedForm40432026-01-09 05:27

I love this like I loved The Fable last year

RaulBlue2026-01-10 18:28

V3 is so funny with his sister.
