What scene was small but gave you shivers?
Not scared shivers but awe shivers. I'll start, I've been rewatching Haiku!! and the last scene of episode 15, Revival, where Hinata just made a spike and floats down with everyone behind him is so intense that it gave me shivers but is over so fast and done.

I'm general this thread is just filled with payoff scenes bruh, that way *every* scene would qualify guys. A better example of a small scene would be like Erwin aura farming infront of Reiner on the wall.

An example of a small scene would be Rengoku telling Tanjiro to keep working, and he'll be a stronger version of himself than yesterday.
"Just then the King felt true fear for the first time"
🥶
I can't really describe it without massive spoilers so I'm not gonna.
I will say though that I thought the manga had an interesting take on caring about someone so much that you'd sacrifice anything, let the rest of the world burn, or use yourself up to save them and the whole "I wanna protect my friends/power of friendship trope". (Multiple characters kinda do this for multiple other characters with varying results, some of them it ends up going very, very wrong)
It.... Definitely has some "this is the authors barely disguised fetish" vibes, but also the main character being so dedicated to protecting his friends that he literally becomes a killing machine/suit of armor disguised as a giant plush toy with a gun was pretty damn cool.
Ed grabs metal arm trying to act confident despite the emotional pain " It's okay, we did it to ourselves"
Alphonse "Yeah and now I have this list of things I get to do when I get my body back"
Ed "Yeah it was nothing"
Sad music swells
Izumi stands and shakes her head "You darling little idiots"
She walks to them and wraps them in a hug
Izumi "It's okay to hurt"
"Those eyes..such kind eyes"
"Back when I was human, I think someone used to look at me with those same kind eyes"
Coach yelling "Slow down! Slow down!" and Hinata suddenly did the perfect slow receive. Awesome.
Regarding OP's question: that scene in Apothecary Diaries where she's home again and goes out in the snow. It's just music and snow coming down, but it's such a beautiful scene.
Doctor Who (Beneath the Lake/Before the Flood) isn’t anime, Look Back’s scene isn’t small, and I couldn’t handle A Sign of Affection spamming these scenes, but the scene in 100 Girlfriends with Hahari’s dog and Shizuka absolutely fits.

It's set up for us to feel the exact longing that Yatora feels to capture a powerful moment as he stares into the blue Shibuya skyline. It gives you room to breathe and draws you in
Asta proceeds to grit it up
What rock have you been living under? It's all you see with OPM S3's animation issues.
You are wrong and so are the mods on this. A spoiler is only for things that is not widely known. Which I did tag properly.

Spoilers never expire on r/anime. Full stop.
> A spoiler is only for things that is not widely known.
Not on r/anime they aren't. I would highly encourage you to read r/anime's [definition of a spoiler](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/rules#wiki_what_is_a_spoiler.3F).
- This post/comment was removed due to untagged or improperly tagged spoilers.
Text and link posts should be properly spoiler-tagged and should include the name(s) of the show(s) referenced in the title. Text posts may opt to tag spoilers in the Text post instead. (Using the same format as comment spoilers below)
Comments need to use `[Spoiler source] >!Spoiler content here!<` to protect spoilers, where the spoiler source is where the spoiler comes from (e.g. One Piece episode 200, or if it's from a different medium, LN/Manga/VN). Spoiler source is only required in the first of any set of spoilers for the same source.
* It should be noted that unadapted material can still be considered a spoiler.
* Obviously intentional or excessively repeated violations of this rule will result in a ban.
* Images can be tagged with spoiler with a simple "Spoiler Warning!" before the link or in the link itself.

Luffy walks right past Kaido and Big Mom and it transitions to Kanjuro smiling with the Akazaya 9 only to quick cut to them half dead on the ground.
The other one is from the anime when in \[Kimetsu No Yaiba\]>!Tanjiro cries at Rengoku's death and cusses out Akaza, calls him a coward. Hell the whole Rengoku scene was intense!<.
The other one is from \[Munou No Nana\] >!Michiru Inukai's death scene in the last episode!<. That scene broke me. I've not recovered from that.
The other one is from \[Happy Sugar Life\] >!When Satou kills Shouko!<. It made my blood ice cold. Sent chills down my spine.
Re-commenting with proper spoiler tags.
