Kaguya sama. Kind off the same studio (Horimiya is by clover works and kaguya by A1 pics but clover works is a subsidiary of A1). Kaguya is more focused on comedy initially and is not a typical rom com.

Shikimori is not just a cutie
Angel next door spoils me rotten

If you like Horimiya I would recommend you to try kaguya sama love is war ,the dangers in my heart , komi can't communicate and loving Yamada at Lv. 999 . These are not in the same style as Horimiya in particular but are really good rom com anime to watch

The art style is very characteristic of Cloverworks (the studio that did the animation). If you really like that art style check out their other shows. My Dress Up Darling is probably my favorite but they’ve got a lot of good stuff.

I would throw out Snow White with the Red Hair, has a similarly appealing art style and good cast of characters. :) lots of other good suggestions here too.

I watched Toradora after Horimiya.

A sign of affection
Wotakoi
The ice guy and his cool female colleague
Not exactly similar in art style, but all three are colorful looking romcoms about more than one couple and fun slice of life shenanigans.

Try Relife, might be a little different since its older ,but totally worth it.

Lots of great recs already, so also try:
- Honey Lemon Soda
- Yano-kun's Ordinary Days
- Insomniacs After School
- A Star Brighter than the Sun
- Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity
All have a pretty well fleshed out supporting cast.

Still chasing that high and failing tbh. I thought Yamada-kun and Skip and Loafer were pretty good. My Little Monster as well but it ends pretty abruptly. From Me to You and Honey Lemon Soda were also not bad.

I feel like Loving Yamada at Lv999 is closest we have to Hori-san and Miyamura's dynamic but what makes Horimiya stand out among others is side characters/couples so maybe you can check out Wotakoi or Tsuredure Children
